2 Any shareholder who has a minimum of 25 TMR shares purchased via the Stock Exchange in Bratislava, Prague or Warsaw as of 31/10/2014 is entitled to use benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of the shareholders club. To use the benefits, the shares must be held until 31/03/2015. If the shares are sold before 31/03/2015, the shareholder forfeits the right to use the benefits.

4 Number of shares: 25 BENEFIT: 6 ENTRIES with the GOPASS card This is a special offer of 6 entries only or you. The benefit can be used as a Multi ski pass= Aqua pass, i.e. skiing can be changed for a Tropical Packet in Aquapark Tatralandia if the weather is not ideal for skiing. Skiing and the water park cannot be combined on the same day. The ski pass is valid in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn as well. The 6 entries benefit is valid in all TMR facilities from 1/11/2014 to 31/10/1015. The special offer is available via the GOPASS system only. Skiing and the water park cannot be combined on the same day. The ski pass is valid in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn as well. The season ticket benefit can be used either during the winter season from 1/11/2014 to 30/04/1015 or during the summer season from 01/05/2015 to 31/10/1015 shareholders may choose. The special offer is available via the GOPASS system only. 8 Number of shares: 250 BENEFIT: 2 x SEASON TICKET with the GOPASS card This is a special offer only for you - 2 x Season ticket. The benefit can be used as a Multi ski pass= Aqua pass, i.e. skiing can be changed for a Tropical Packet in Aquapark Tatralandia if the weather is not ideal for skiing. Skiing and the water park cannot be combined on the same day. The ski pass is valid in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn as well. The 2x season ticket benefit can be used either during the winter season from 1/11/2014 to 30/04/1015 or during the summer season from 01/05/2015 to 31/10/1015 shareholders may choose. The special offer is available via the GOPASS system only. 9 Number of shares: 500 BENEFIT: VIP with the GOPASS card Shareholders with 500 shares get a VIP GOPASS card with the following benefit: 1x Personal annual pass issued with the name of the respective shareholder on it. The benefit can be used for skiing and for Aquapark Tatralandia as a Tropical Packet ticket. Skiing and the water park can be combined on the same day (skiing + swimming). The ski pass is valid in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn as well. The annual pass can be used at all cableway facilities in TMR resorts during the summer season 1x /day except the suspension cable car to Mt. Lomnický štít. 1x Guest annual pass. The guest pass can be used at all cableway facilities and in Aquapark Tatralandia. The Guest pass benefit must be activated before entering the appropriate facility and picked up in any TMR Information centre by showing a valid GOPASS VIP card in the presence of the respective shareholder. Once issued, the (1-7-day) guest pass becomes non-transferrable and can be used only by the person who passes the first turnstile with it. 1x Free entry to a Wellness & Spa centre in any TMR hotel. The benefit can be used by the card holder plus one selected guest. The above mentioned offers are valid from 01/11/2014 to 31/10/2015. They are available via the GOPASS system only. 10 Number of shares: 500 BENEFIT: VIP with the GOPASS card Once the registration and the right to the benefit are confirmed, the respective VIP shareholder can use the pass at Aquapark Tatralandia already in November. He/she can do so with a temporary GOPASS card as well. VIP car park: once coming to the ski resort for the first time and showing a valid GOPASS card, which must be verified in the system, the shareholder is given a special car sticker that enables him/her to use the VIP car park at the Happy End club in the resort of Jasná Low Tatras (1 VIP card= 1 sticker). Using the VIP car park is subject to availability. Please, pick up the car stickers in the Information centre. VIP LOUNGE for shareholders: once coming to the ski resort for the first time and showing a valid GOPASS card, which must be verified in the system, the shareholder gets a special sticker put on his/her GOPASS card in the Information centre. This sticker enables the VIP shareholder to enter the VIP Lounge in the Happy End club in Jasná + get refreshment (coffee and tea), in the lower cable car station in Tatranská Lomnica + refreshment (coffee and tea) and in the Srdiečko hotel on the southern side of Mt. Chopok + refreshment (coffee and tea). Please, pick up the stickers in the Information centre. The benefit can be used by the shareholder personally or transferred to another person attached to his/her Gopass account. The benefit must be transferred as a whole, it cannot be split. 11 Number of shares: 750 BENEFIT: VIP GOLD with the GOPASS card Shareholders with 750 shares get a VIP GOLD GOPASS card with the following benefit: 1x Personal annual pass issued with the name of the respective shareholder on it. The benefit can be used for skiing and for Aquapark Tatralandia as a Tropical Packet ticket. Skiing and the water park can be combined on the same day (skiing + swimming). The ski pass is valid in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn as well. The annual pass can be used at all cableway facilities in TMR resorts during the summer season 1x /day except the suspension cable car to Mt. Lomnický štít. Guest annual pass. The guest pass can be used at all cableway facilities and in Aquapark Tatralandia. The Guest pass benefit must be activated before entering the appropriate facility and picked up in any TMR Information centre by showing a valid GOPASS VIP GOLD card in the presence of the respective shareholder. Once issued, the (1-7-day) guest pass becomes nontransferrable and can be used only by the person who passes the first turnstile with it. 1x Free entry to a Wellness & Spa centre in any TMR hotel. The benefit can be used by the card holder plus one selected guest 1x/day. 1x Stay at any TMR hotel for 2 people/7 days. The stay must be booked in advance by phone (+42152/ ) or (hotelreservations@tmr.sk). The number of the respective GOPASS VIP GOLD card is required when making the reservation. The stay must be used as a whole ancd cannot be split in parts. The reservation is subject to availability of the hotel and date chosen. The above mentioned offers are valid from 01/11/2014 to 31/10/2015. a,

12 Number of shares: 750 BENEFIT: VIP GOLD with the GOPASS card VIP car park: once coming to the ski resort for the first time and showing a valid GOPASS card, which must be verified in the system, the shareholder is given a special car sticker that enables him/her to use the VIP car park at the Happy End club in the resort of Jasná Low Tatras (1 VIP card= 1 sticker). Using the VIP car park is subject to availability. Please, pick up the car stickers in the Information centre. 13 What to do 1 To apply for a benefit, shareholders must register on until 01/11/2014. They will be automatically redirected to a special form on Holders of the GOPASS card use their original login data. Shareholders who do not own a GOPASS card continue with new registration.

14 What to do 2 Registered shareholders: continue with a registration form that already includes their data. The number of shares has to be updated in the registration form. New shareholders: continue with a new registration form that needs to be filled in. The registration form contains the following data: name, surname, address, phone number, street, postcode, city, country, birth certificate number, number of shares, name of stock exchange and name of person the shares were purchased from, statutory declaration on the accuracy of data and registration itself. Once the registration is completed and accepted, the TMR Company shall confirm the right on the benefit(s) no later than within 5 workdays. By then, the benefit(s) for purchased shares will have been added to the shareholder s GOPASS account. Once the registration is confirmed, the shareholder will have his/her GOPASS card sent home and receive it within about 14 days. The card will be personified, issued with the name of the shareholder on it.

15 What to do 3 Shareholders enter the Discount Centre in their GOPASS acounts to activate the granted benefit(s). If any shareholder has not received his/her personified GOPASS card yet and wants to use his/her benefit(s) in TMR resorts, he/she can do so using a temporary GOPASS card that has been sent to his/her address once the GOPASS registration has been completed. What is an attached account? Every registered shareholder can use the website to register and add a maximum of ten (10) other people to his/her GOPASS account. These people receive so called subordinate GOPASS cards. Subordinate GOPASS cards do not have separate accounts within the GOPASS programme. Point transactions for purchasing products or services are automatically ascribed to the account of the member the card was registered by. Subordinate cards cannot be used to redeem GOPASS points for discounts.

16 Benefits summed up The registration that must be completed when applying for shareholder s benefits is very simple and quick. No queues anymore - benefits do not have to be picked up personally in Information centres. They can be topped up/activated online at home. Shareholders have their personal GOPASS chip cards sent home and receive them within 14 days approximately. Just put your ski boots on once you arrive at our resort and go straight to the slope. Enjoy the Tatras with your GOPASS card like never before and get attractive benefits. Have lower prices with your GOPASS card and collect points that can be redeemed for other benefits and experiences. Get 1 point for every EURO spent with your GOPASS card. Redeem the points for attractive benefits. Points are collected every time you use the card, so do not forget to take it everywhere you go. Redeem your points for benefits anytime you want. The GOPASS card is free of charge. The only sum you have to pay is a 2 deposit for a chip card.

17 What is GOPASS?? The GOPASS card is a chip card that can be used as a personal ski pass. It also offers various attractive benefits. With the GOPASS card, you can enjoy the Tatras like never before and get attractive benefits! Holders of the GOPASS card buy products for special reduced prices and collect points that can be redeemed for other benefits and experiences. You will have 1 point ascribed for every EURO spent with your GOPASS card. You can redeem the points for benefits anytime you want, e.g. towards tickets to a 5D cinema, to Tatralandia or you can prolong your hotel package for free. Points are collected every time you buy something so don t forget to have your card with you everywhere you go. You can redeem the points for benefits anytime you want. Use your GOPASS card in our e-shop to buy ski passes, tickets to a water park, services at ski schools, ski rentals, hotel packages and much more - in the resorts of JASNÁ Low Tatras, the High Tatras and Tatralandia.
