2 Tatry mountain resorts Tatry mountain resorts (TMR) is the largest tourism company in Slovakia, as well as the largest investor in the Tatra region, and it has been increasing the standard of local services, while expanding their range. The company owns and runs 5 TOP ski resorts in Slovakia and offers winter sports fun on 60 kilometres of ski slopes. Visitors to the Slovak mountains are spoilt in our 8 hotels with a capacity of beds, and in wellness facilities covering more than m 2. 3 TATRY Tatra Mountains - majestic symbol of Slovakia. Mysterious and full of breathtaking scenery. People from all over the world have been coming to admire them for centuries, fascinated by the high rugged mountains and deep valleys, wanting to climb the highest peaks, take a breath of fresh air, refresh themselves in the crystal-clear water of a Tatra mountain lake or explore the cultural heritage lying at their feet. NATIONAL PARKS There are four national parks within a 50 km radius of the Tatra Mountains - Pieniny, the Slovak Paradise, the High and the Low Tatras - all famous for their enchanting natural beauty. FLORA AND FAUNA The natural reservoir of the Tatra region shelters unique plant and animal species, some of which can be found in this area only. This multipurpose project grew with the development of the centre of Tatranská Lomnica and it aims to bring new dimensions of fun and relax to the area. Ever since its opening it has been attracting visitors with its mountain style design and refreshing decoration, such as Madonna s Cadillac hanging from the ceiling and a ratrak (snow groomer vehicle) parked right into a wall stuck partly inside and partly outside. The interior is decorated with interesting collectors items and celebrity memorabilia. There is an aprés-ski bar, a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a disco club with a capacity of up to 400 guests, all under one roof. OVERVIEW: This is the region s top venue for live music, concerts, parties, corporate events for large numbers of guests or product launches - anything that s fun and trendy. Happy End marks the new era of nightlife and highquality music in Tatras! This music club was made for the nights of fun with amazing capacity of over 1000 guests.
