Providing a total of 1.4 million sq ft of vibrant retail, catering and leisure space, intu Watford will rise to 20th in CACI s ranking of over 4,000 UK centres. This ranks Watford ahead of Reading, and puts it in the same grouping as Bristol, Edinburgh and Kingston. When completed in 2017, Watford will be upgraded by CACI to a premium London conurbation town.
