Description The Old Town Hall is to be redeveloped to create a major restaurant and leisure scheme incorporating a state of the art 7 screen 800 seat cinema and six restaurants ranging in size from 2,464 sq ft to 6,700 sq ft. The new development will occupy a prominent position within Oldham town centre, opposite the Spindles Shopping Centre and will benefit from new public realm works which will create an excellent leisure destination.
