2 Our vision Developing Nottingham A three-stage plan 1 intu s vision for Nottingham is to revitalise the city centre, anchoring it with two complementary shopping and leisure destinations. Our investment, alongside other improvements to the city centre, will reaffirm Nottingham s position as a top 10 UK city with something for everyone. Refresh Work has completed at intu Victoria Centre to upgrade the existing centre creating an environment to showcase the best in high street retail and establish an exciting new dining area around the clock tower. 2 Redevelop Planning permission received to redevelop into a leisure and retail destination with something for all the family. 3 Extend The final element will be the building of the extension at intu Victoria Centre for which planning consent has now been received.
