During the same year, our company has obtained accreditation with Moody International on ISO 9001:2008 certification in our Quality Management System. Congratulations to our management and staff that has made this possible! 2012 brings us a lot of excitement as we embark on another challenging assignment working on the Ulu Jelai Hydro Power Project which involves the construction of a 372 MW Hydro Power Dam in Malaysia. Already, mobilization of the site construction equipment has taken place and it has kept us busy right from the start of this new year! 3 Sulfur Recovery Units to Kuantan, Pahang June, 2011 The SRUs delivered on Flat-Racks to our Port Klang warehouse. Un-stuffing of the SRU boiler unit from flat-rack container. The 24 M/Ton boiler being loaded on low-bed trailer. Cargo being secured for delivery to Kuantan. Scope of Work : Local clearance and delivery. Port of Loading : Various Ports. Port of Discharge: Port Klang, Malaysia. Dimensions : SRU Boiler, L 8.50 x W 3.00 x H 3.60 metres, Gross Weight: tonnes. : SRU Drum, L 6.50 x W 3.00 x H 3.60 metres, Gross Weight: 6.00 tonnes. We arranged for local clearance and delivery of Prosernat s equipment from Port Klang to local fabricator s workshop for our agent at France. Due to the over-height of the SRUs, it has to be unstuffed from flat-rack and delivered on low bed trailer in order to pass through the Genting Sempah tunnel at Karak Highway along the route to receiver s premise. 3

Dimensions : Transformer, L6.20m x W2.90m x H3.75m Gross Weight : 85 M/Tons. CNC was engaged by an Indonesian freight forwarder to arrange for the door delivery of a 80MVA transformer. The transformer was shipped to Malaysia for repairs and will be re-exported out of Malaysia again. 4

We arranged for local transportation and two separate vessels on part-charter basis from Port Klang to Umm Qasar Port. The first shipment took place in October 2011 followed by the second shipment in December

Port of Discharge : Colombian seaports. Total Volume : 49x40 Standard and High Cube containers. We secured a relocation shipment by a Colombian buyer who had purchased a used Crude Palm Oil Mill Plant at Johor, Malaysia. The entire mill was disassembled and knocked-down for road and marine transportation. Our warehouse facility at Port Klang was used as staging point to carry out sorting, re-bundling, marking and stuffing works. Due to our experience and familiarity in handling Crude Palm Oil Mill equipment and Building Structures, our customer was immensely pleased with the ease and convenience in using our facilities to ship out their equipment using only general purpose containers. 6

We secured a new sub-contract with a government approved forwarder to arrange local custom clearance and land transportation for the equipment and materials of an Italian based Contractor, who has secured the Ulu Jelai 372 MW Hydro Electric Project. The whole duration of the project comprising of Main Civil and Associated Works and Electrical & Mechanical Works will take about 5 years to complete. Mobilization of the site construction equipment started around December 2011 and this includes equipment such as the Rock Drilling Jumbo Tamrock Machines as well as a unit of Tunnel Boring Machine. 7
