1 Beşiktaş Shipyard 2013 / New Layout In addition to Yard s two docks, another panamax size floating dock is in operation with an additional pier. Besiktas Shipyard has recently purchased neighboring yard and increased total area to sqm.

2 Crane crane,, Lefter, is in operation with a total 100 tons of lifting capacity. Height from jib to base is 28 meters. Lifting capacity is 25 tons on 25 meters and 100 tons on 10 meters. Apart from the strong crane support on our berths, a great lifting ability from sea side. Hatch cover transportation, removal of offshore equipment and lots of similar operations will be done with a great flexibility within yard premises. crane is operated by shipyard technicians and under control of project engineers when necessary. Transporter Self-Propelled Platform Hydraulic Transformer, with a lifting capacity of 200 tons. Hatch covers, prefabricated panels and blocks, several heavy equipment can be transported fast and easy with yard s transporter. Climbing ability is 6% for vertical slope and 2% for cross slope. Steering radius is R=0. Multi-Way steering with PLC control. Platform has 14,4 meters length and 6 meters width. Transporter is operated by shipyard technicians and under control of project engineers when necessary.

4 Mobile Equipment Besiktas Shipyard has a wide range of equipment like forklifts, mobile cranes, cherry pickers and portable lifters. That entire shipyard owned equipment is operated by shipyard technicians. 5 Hatch Covers and Vessel s Equipment Beşiktaş Shipyard has a great ability with its large shore facilities. Hatch covers and all other equipments can be transferred to workshops and/or open fields by shore cranes and floating crane. Operations are more safe on large spaces. Repairs of hatch covers, crane equipment, etc. are perfectly controlled and monitored as they are laid down spaciously.

6 Workshops In house 12 workshops are located on a total of square meter land in Beşiktaş Shipyard. Inspecting the equipment which is under repair takes a few minutes, because everything is under one roof. Yard workshopss are operated by yard technicians under control of project engineers. Extensive machinery equipment (like Borverk, lathe machines up to 12 meters, balancing equipment, electrical motor oven etc ) enables the yard to carry out most of the repairs without leaving premises.

7 BEŞİKTAŞ SHIPYARD Guest House 22 air-conditioned rooms with high speed internet, LCD TV, minibar, laundry servicee and separate bathroom. Free of charge for superintendents and owner s appointed servicee engineers. Breakfast and Dinner are prepared for our guests every day in the dining room at the guesthouse floor. Breakfast is served between am and dinner is served between pm.
