We accomplish this by understanding our clients' needs and striving to exceed their expectations while remaining profitable and poised for growth. Where to Start: Site Visits: We conduct on-site inspections of your property and tent consultations are free of charge. Event Planning / CAD: We are now offering a personal consultant department to help you with your event from soup to nuts! We can supply an in-house event planner to guide you through your needs and manage all the details necessary to make your event extraordinary. Quote: Taylor Rental/Party Plus provides a free no-obligation estimate or quote for our services. All quotes are valid for 30 days during which time you my convert your quote into a reservation. Rates: Rental rates cover a two-day period or single weekend and are subject to change at any time and without notice. Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required to convert a quote into a reservation. Items are not reserved an may not be available until 50% deposit is received. FULL PAYMENT must be made before delivery. Delivery / Pick-up: Delivery is made to the ground floor, backyard or tent only and within a reasonable distance from our truck. An additional charge will be added for upstairs, downstairs, elevator and after-hour deliveries. All deliveries must allow for a 3 hour minimum time frame in which to arrive. Delivery must be made to a secure area, and equipment kept sheltered to protect items from elements and/or theft. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked unless set up has been requested. After the event, items must be stacked and ready for pick-up at the same location they were delivered. If not, an additional charge will be added for breakdown of items. Contingencies: Every customer and every order is unique and important to us. Please feel free to speak to a representative about your specific needs regarding pick-up, delivery and return, or any other issue that may arise. Reservation Cancellation Charges: 60 Days or more prior to delivery, 10% of the entire order Days prior to delivery, 50% of entire order Days prior to delivery, 75% of entire order. 0-5 Days prior to delivery, 100% of entire order. Changes to Orders: Orders are prepared 3 days prior to delivery/pick-up date. Subtractions cannot be made after that date. Breakage or Loss: A non-refundable 10% damage waiver charge is added to most rentals. Accidental breakage or damage is covered by this charge. Broken items must be returned to avoid charges. There will be a replacement charge assumed by the customer for any missing items. Cleaning: All china, flatware, and serving pieces are to be rinsed free of food and returned to their proper container. Linens must be shaken free of debris and dry before repackaging. Mesh bags will be provided for linen returns. We at Taylor Rental/Party Plus know that you have choices for your event and equipment needs. We appreciate you making the choice to work with us!
