2 Ordering Information RENTAL PERIOD & PRICING *PRICES ARE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1 ST, 2016 AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE* PRICES ARE QUOTED FOR A 1-3 DAY PERIOD FRIDAY TO MONDAY ON THE WEEKEND. RATES FOR LONGER THAN THE 3 DAYS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY CALLING AND RECEIVING A QUOTE. DELIVERY & SET-UP STANDARD PICKUP AND DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS WHICH IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8AM-5PM. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ACCESSED BEFORE OR AFTER THESE TIMES. IF A SPE- CIFIC TIME IS NEEDED, OR WEEKEND SET-UP OR TEAR-DOWN IS NECESSARY, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY. UNLESS SPECIFIED IN ADVANCE, ALL DELIVERIES AND PICK-UPS WILL BE GROUND LEVEL CURBSIDE, DRIVEWAY, OR DOCKS. THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES IF THE DELIVERY IS AN INSIDE DELIVERY UP OR DOWN STEPS AND BACKYARDS. CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE ITEMS IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT METRO DROPPED OFF WHEN THE STAFF RETURNS TO PICK UP THE RENTAL ITEMS. IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT STACKED AND READY FOR PICKUP IT WILL REQUIRE AN EXTRA LABOR CHARGE. DELIVERY/ SECOND TRIPS IF THE CUSTOMER FORGETS TO ORDER A CERTAIN ITEM AND THE COMPANY TRUCK HAS ALREADY LEFT THE WAREHOUSE, A HALF DELIVERY CHARGE WILL APPLY TO EACH ADDITIONAL DELIVERY. LINENS & SKIRTING SHAKE OUT ALL LINENS. WE WILL PROVIDE BAGS FOR USED LINENS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MILDEW, BURNS, OR TEARS. PLEASE RETURN ALL HANGERS AND VELCRO CLIPS. MISSING CLIPS WILL BE ACCESSED AN EXTRA CHARGE. LOSS/ DAMAGES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY UNTIL THE TIME OF PICK-UP/ RETURN. REPLACEMENT COST WILL BE ACCESSED FOR MISSING, DAMAGED, OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT. WEATHER WE CERTAINLY DO OUR BEST TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEATHER. WE MIGHT NEED TO SET UP EARLY OR TAKE DOWN EARLY DUE TO WEATHER. WIND SPEEDS EXCEEDING 30 MPH, LIGHTING, HAIL, OR EXTREME COLD MAY DELAY OR CANCEL SET-UP OR TAKE-DOWN. UTILITIES PROPERTY OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MARKING ALL PRIVATE UTILITY LINES, SUCH AS SPRINKLER LINES, CA- BLE LINES, ETC. METRO TENT RENTAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HITTING UNMARKED LINES.
