PAYMENT Required TWO WEEKS Prior to Delivery. A SECURITY DEPOSIT may be added to orders with insufficient identification. This deposit will be equal to the equipment value. Deposit refunded upon timely product return. COMMERCIAL CHARGE ACCOUNTS available on approved credit. Charge account reservations require confirmation one week prior to delivery. PROTECT ALL EQUIPMENT FROM WEATHER (rain, moisture, severe winds), DAMAGE AND THEFT. Sites with limited Security or Shelter may require Special Delivery/Pick-Up Arrangements (Contracted with advance notice at additional charge). DELIVERY/PICK-UP SERVICE AVAILABLE with Minimum Order. All Deliveries and Pick-Ups are routed between store hours, and unloaded/loaded within 75 from truck, at GROUND LEVEL. Special Delivery/Pick-Up arrangements may be contracted with advance notice at additional charge. Fuel surcharge added to all orders. CANOPIES, STAGING, AND DANCE FLOOR rentals include Full Installation and Strike. Details of site (venue, interior/exterior, and event time) must be provided at time of quote. Contact Manager for reservations. TABLES, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, and all other equipment will be stacked as directed by site contact. Products must be restacked in same area for Pick-Up service. SET-UP and STRIKE (Take-down) SERVICE is available with ADVANCE NOTICE at ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Protect TABLECLOTHS, NAPKINS and SKIRTING from burns, cuts, tears, and excessive stains. After use, shake debris and fold into Linen Bags, or bundle in largest cloth. DO NOT STORE IN PLASTIC BAGS. Moisture may cause mildew, and result in damage to product. Allow damp cloths to air dry prior to packing. FOOD AND BEVERAGE ITEMS are issued sanitized, and ready for use. For your convenience, place-setting items are rented in full case counts for inventorying after event. Food and Beverage Items must be RINSED CLEAN after use, and re-packed in original cases. (Boxes/Cases are inventory items). Pack Glasses bottoms-up, in appropriate racks. DO NOT mix glasses in cases. BBQ s require ashes to be cooled and discarded, and grills must be brushed and rinsed. Griddles and Burners must be cooled and wiped. SERVING TRAYS/SILVER PRODUCTS may be used for Non-Acidic Foods only. Marinades may cause irreversible tarnishing. DO NOT place in dishwasher. Rinse with warm water only.
