2 Free form Flex tents 100% Waterproof (Sand coloured) All free form tents owned by TentWorx are sand coloured although clients can be assisted to hire the following colours free form tents: white, beige, red, royal blue, sky blue, bright pink, orange, lime green, black, brown and yellow. Free form tents can be secured to a building or a fixed structure. A combination of pegs, poles and other mechanisms are used to secure these tents. Free form tents are either water proof or for shade not waterproof. These prices exclude a set-up fee, delivery charge and VAT. Draping fees included the utilisation of colours. Don t hesitate to clarify your event colours during the process of quoting. Different draping styles are available. Draping at venues implies that an additional fee is charged for the set-up of a draping infrastructure as this delay the set-up time. Draping can be treated to be fire retarded at an additional fee payable by the client. TentWorx request clients to have a fire emergency plan and fire extinguishers nearby in the event of the utilisation of our draping. Remember draping is time consuming and this needs to be planned into the set-up of your event. These prices exclude VAT and a possible set-up fee. In the majority of events, TentWorx prefer to utilise rawl bolts in order to ensure a strong draping infrastructure that is able to hold the weight of the draping. 3 Lights and electric supply TentWorx acknowledge the importance of effective lights and electric management at any event. The client is requested to provide accurate feedback with regards to available infrastructure at the venue, if any is available. In he event of the utilisation of a generator, the client is advised to clarify the exact electricity needs of service providers in order to prevent an overload. Clients are motivated to have both an electricity and emergency plan available in the planning of an event. TentWorx hold the privilege to charge a set-up fee for lights that might be calculated into one fee with the tent and draping. Clients are requested to indicate the distance of extension cords needed at a tent/event and TentWorx quotations don t include the provision of extension cords from the power source to the tent. Please clarify your electricity needs in order to get a detailed and accurate quotation. Please refer to these matters: Call-out fee After TentWorx conducted the set-up of an event as agreed upon, the client signs off this set-up. In the event that the client requests TentWorx to return to the venue for more assistance, R TentWorx takes the privilege to charge a call out fee. This is only applicable where a coordination fee has not been charged. Event co-ordination fee TentWorx conduct quotations and execute services as quoted. In the event that the client requests that a representative from TentWorx should remain at the event for supervision over R per hour service providers on behalf of the client, a event co-ordination fee will be charged on an hourly rate, excluding transport Table and tent interior set-up fee The hiring of a tent, seating and furniture in a tent and crockery/cutlery do not imply that TentWorx will complete the table set-up on behalf of the client. These items are hired to the client Calculated per event except in the event if a client is quoted by TentWorx to conduct the full tent interior set-up on behalf of the client. In such an event, a set-up fee as calculated for that specific event will be charged by TentWorx. Safety TentWorx support regulations that enhance the safety procedures and standards at events. The following aspects can be charged separately per event: TentWorx can assist the client to an engineering certificate. The certificate amount is dependent on the Engineering certificate type of event, amount and sizes of tents as well as the physical address of this event. Fire and emergency A detailed fire and emergency plan can be compiled for an event with the experience and assistance of plan experienced structural engineers. Please consult with our office for a detailed quotation. TentWorx can quote to provide emergency entrances and exits to a tent according to standard Entry and exit signage specifications. These entrances/exits are identified for the client and official signage added.
