11 EVENT RENTAL POLICIES RESERVATIONS To make a reservation a 50% down payment of your reservation total is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount plus security deposit is due 60 days prior to your rental. Payments can be cash or credit card. Checks must be received 30 days in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT Security deposit is 10% of the reservation total, a minimum of $20. The deposit is applied to any loss, damage, late returns, labor and cleaning charges etc. Any balance must be paid when the contract is closed. CANCELLATIONS No refunds are given for rentals that are cancelled or quantities reduced. Deliveries cancelled 5 days in advance will be refunded only delivery/pickup fees and labor charges. LOSS AND DAMAGE Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure indoors when not in use and protected from the weather. Replacement cost is charged for missing, broken, wet or damaged items. RENTAL PERIOD AND RATES Rates are quoted for a one day single use event. We allow the equipment to go out the day before the event and return the next business day after the event. If you require a longer rental period please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out whether used or not.

12 CUSTOMER PICKUP AND RETURN Customers may pickup and return items during business hours. The items you are picking up must fit safely inside of your vehicle. You are responsible for loading, unloading, and securing the load in your vehicle. AAA Rents staff may assist you, but cannot be responsible for damage to your vehicle or personal property that may occur during loading, unloading or transport. DELIVERY Delivery service is available for an additional fee. Standard delivery charges are for delivery to the door at street level on a business day. Additional charges apply for Sunday, holidays, special time, or if items must be carried to another location within the building. China, flatware, glassware, etc. is packed to arrive unbroken and table ready. Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified IMMEDIATELY of any shortages. No credit is given for equipment not used. SET UP/KNOCK DOWN Set up and knock down service is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance. A diagram of the set up is required prior to the delivery. PICKUP All tableware must be washed, dried and repacked with packing materials in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. All breakage, loss, and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and all equipment must be consolidated in one location for pickup. Items not meeting these condtions are subject to additional fees.
