3 WELCOME CELEBRATION Monday, December 5, 206 Based on 3,400 Guests The Why For your Welcome Reception, we chose to showcase two unique concepts for thematic entertainment and décor. Our goal with the following concepts is to create an experience and an impact that will be felt by your attendees for years to come. All power and any minimal rigging for lighting etc will be provided by SES, the exclusive provider of the Sands Convention Center. Once all program details are confirmed, exact quotes will be provided by SES. 4 AchieversFEST 206 Welcome to AchieversFEST 206! This festival is only for the Amway Achievers fortunate enough to get a wristband ticket in, and will not want to be missed! What does AchieversFEST 206 have to offer? All of the amazing things that happen at any music festival of course! Unforgettable stage performances, delicious food, thrilling art exhibits, and much more. Guests will arrive in Las Vegas and be greeted with their very own festival package in their room which includes a customized AchieversFEST 206 chip, a USB wristband that holds the music played at AchieversFEST 206 and special gift from Amway that will get guests eager and ready to kick off this unforgettable trip to Las Vegas! 11 FINAL NIGHT PARTY Thursday, December 8, 206 Based on 4,000 Guests The Why Celebrate the culmination of a fantastic week and the heart of the company, your IBOs, with a Celebration from Sand to Sea. This unique theme presented has been created to wow your IBOs, blowing them away with a feast for their eyes as they enter the party and creating a lasting effect that your IBOs will be talking about for years and years to come. All power and any minimal rigging for lighting etc will be provided by SES, the exclusive provider of the Sands Convention Center. Glow elements will surround the space featuring interactive entertainment, special performances, and surprises around every corner. As guests make their way through Achievers Club, they will notice an intriguing tunnel which appears to be an entrance as they are transported to a new coastal paradise. Guests will time travel a year from now and end up in America s Finest City, San Diego, California! The 207 Amway Achiever s next destination will be announced like no other reveal before! As guests depart the event, the images transform to the San Diego skyline to excite the Achievers of what lies ahead!! Entrance Décor Inspired by the Bellagio colorful umbrella ceiling, we will suspend (4) grids of different colored umbrellas with LED lights inside and shimmering draping as guests enter. Each grid will have approximately 0 umbrellas hanging at different lengths.
