This spacious, dynamic, and unique multi-purpose site places your event in a sleek, striking, and contemporary environment. With the flexibility to host small receptions as well as large galas, one undeniable feature of World ShowPlace is its ability to transform into any space and make an immediate impact. The Great Hall is a world of possibilities that may include plated dinners on colorful glowing tables, star-talent entertainment on a giant stage, cocktails and dancing with a top 40 band or disc jockey---the choices are endless. Chse from one of our existing special menu packages or work with Disney s awardwinning culinary team to create a unique menu that will provide your Guests with an unforgettable dining experience. World ShowPlace can be customized to create the event of your dreams, creating a mesmerizing and memorable night for you and your Guests. In the evening, take dessert on the veranda your personal, private veranda on the promenade overlking the World Showcase Lagn. Your Guests will visit international buffet and action stations to sample platters of moist, rich, and delicious desserts and coffees, all of which is a prelude to the evening s grand finale, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, which encompasses the entire World Showcase and the skies above. As the fiery glow of torches and sky-piercing lasers reflect on the lagn, the bm of thunderous fireworks echoes atop an original music score. It is a thrilling visual and aural extravaganza as the skies above the lagn are transformed into a kaleidoscope of color from thundering pyrotechnic bursts on the lagn. As images displayed across the earth globe tell the incredible tale of our planet, the sphere opens to signal the emotional finale of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. 2 Sample Timeline: 7:00 p.m. Guests arrive at Epcot where they are met by Event Guides and escorted to. There they will enjoy a private event to include: Buffet Dinner (1½ hours) Beverage Service Entertainment (elements vary in set time and length) 8:30 p.m. Guests will be escorted to one of our private locations for a walk-around dessert event as they view the evening s finale, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. 3 Enhancements: Jazz Trio A jazz trio can provide the quintessential live background music for your event or can take a more prominent role and serve as the focus. Your goals for the event will help determine their role. Typical performance consists of three (3) sets, each up to 45 minutes in length. World Wide Welcome Your Guests are welcomed by a diverse group of cast members representing the 11 Nations of World Showcase. Their authentic greetings invoke a spirit of friendship and harmony that sets the perfect tone for your event. World ShowPlace Red Carpet Package The Red Carpet Package is the perfect VIP Welcome for your Guests. It includes red carpeting to the entrance of World ShowPlace and twinked ficus trees flanking the walkway. Candid Documentation Package (up to 2 hours) Capture speakers, candids, and general event coverage. This package is intended for documentation purposes only, and is not intended for Character greetings. Page 3

Guests will experience the rigors of automotive testing as their state-of-the-art vehicle maneuvers through rough weather, grueling roadway conditions, a crash test, and more! Mission: SPACE (buyout experience) Mission: SPACE (mix-in experience) Enter the incredible International Space Training Center, collect your personal assignment in the Ready Rm, then blast off on the most thrilling attraction ever created by Disney; Mission: SPACE! You can also, with your feet on Earth, team up with fellow travelers in the highly interactive Mission: SPACE Race game or the other cutting-edge interactive activities in the Advanced Training Lab. Soarin (buyout experience) Soarin (mix-in experience) Your head will be in the clouds as you experience the amazing Soarin Attraction. Board a hang glider and leave the land behind, as you fly above breathtaking vistas around the world - truly exhilarating! Soarin will lift you up on a free-flying adventure, 40 ft in the air, as you journey to distant lands and soar over some of the most beautiful and unique natural and man-made wonders in the world. There is a fd and beverage minimum for use of this venue and there is an additional fd and beverage minimum for use of any dessert location. Capacities are based on maximum seating without additional elements, such as entertainment or décor. Park Venue Package includes: A reserved in-park venue and the services needed to ensure the venue is prepared specially for your group. Specially trained Event Guides to greet and escort your group to and from the event location. The Event Guides will remain with your group throughout the event (up to four hours) and assist with any special needs including directions and the distribution of rain gear, maps and programs.
