4 LEVEL ONE MEETING ROOMS LEVEL ONE FOYER Three traditional meeting room spaces can be used individually or together to create the perfect size space for a special event or corporate meeting. Each room can hold anywhere from 10 to 50 guests, and doors open out to multiple hitting bays for easy team building and entertainment. This intimate and semi-private space allows for multiple catering set ups. This versatile space is just inside a sliding glass door from the first level Tee Line. The Foyer is steps away from the Callaway Fitting Studio and boasts direct ground level access from the parking lot. With a mid-century modern design, the Riv Bar features an intimate bar, wood flooring, and four bays complete with leather couches. The Callaway Fitting Studio is unique to Topgolf Las Vegas, featuring a simulator that allows guests to play courses around the country, and offers a premium and comprehensive fitting experience. The experience will include swing and ball flight analysis, club comparisons to maximize distance, and a simple explanation of the club technology and adjustability. 6 LEVEL TWO BIRDIE BAR The Birdie Bar is one of Topgolf Las Vegas five bars. Located on the second level of the entertainment venue, the Birdie Bar is a spacious room with a wraparound bar that runs along the TOYOTA Yard as well as the Tee Line of hitting bays. The room can be closed off to the outside, or opened up to provide easy access to the TOYOTA Yard and Tee Line. A small performance space with all audio needs is located in the corner, making the space perfect for a dynamic speaker or small musical performance. Birdie Lounge LEVEL TWO THE TOYOTA YARD The TOYOTA Yard is the heart and soul of the venue located on the second level, just past the venue s main entrance. The open air space can be configured for an event or performance complete with staging, sound, and lighting capabilities. Multiple screens can be customized for events and meetings. Featuring a lounging pool, surrounded by cabanas complete with televisions, outdoor pool furniture, a twenty-eight foot HDTV screen, a full bar, and access to hitting bays the pool deck and cabanas define the excitement of Topgolf Las Vegas. Pool Cabana Since 1866, Woodard craftsmen have designed and manufactured products loyal to the timeless art of quality furniture design and construction. The Woodard Lounge pays tribute to this artistry with a spacious lounge and bar located on the third level of Topgolf Las Vegas. Woodard Lounge provides exclusive event space, private use of the bar, and two TV screens. The private room has seen the likes of celebrities from Justin Timberlake and Drake to Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton. The room features two hitting bays, two lounge areas, a mini bar, a private restroom and access to the fourth level VIP pool. LEVEL FOUR ROOFTOP BAR For the best view in the city, the Rooftop Bar sits in the middle of the fourth level giving an incredible view of the Strip. The large space offers plenty of room for seating and sits between the Bungalow and Challenge Bays.
