1 General Notes: Place your full order at least 2 to 3 months in advance of your event date with final edits by 2 weeks in advance. Tent Rentals: We require a 50% deposit 2 to 3 weeks in advance and full payment by delivery. Some towns require permits for tents, yes, even for back yard parties. You are responsible for getting the permit.. Just get the form from the town office and bring it to us, we will fill out our part. If you are not sure a tent will fit where you need it we can arrange to come out to the location to measure. Make sure you know if and where there any buried cables or lines, we don't want to take out your sprinkler system! When we deliver your order we will set up the tent and, if ordered, assemble the dance floor and string up the perimeter lights, but we do not set up table and chairs. Those, along with any other items ordered, will be stacked under the tent. All tables and chairs must be broken down and re-stacked for pick up. Also, we would like to be able to drive right to the set up area. Let us know in advance if this will be a problem! Deliveries: We schedule deliveries between 8am-noon and noon- 4pm, with a little wiggle room in between. We will try to accommodate specific times but that is not always possible! ARCHES / MISC. 2 ABOUT TENTS AND TENT SETUP. The difference between what we call a tent or a canopy is one of size only. Canopies are smaller and lighter construction. Ours range in size from 15 x15 to 20 x40. Tents are larger and heavier. Ours range in size from 30 x30 to 40 x140. Both are tops only though we do rent sidewalls if you need them. Tents and canopies have center poles, side poles, and are staked in for support. The tent stakes need to be 4 to 5 out from the tent. Tents/canopies need to be set up on level ground with enough clear space to lay out the tent top and drive in the stakes. In the event you need to cover a deck, patio, compacted, or paved area we also rent frame tents. A frame tent has a ridged framework that supports itself without center poles. They can be secured in place with stakes or water barrels or tied off to an existing structure (if stable enough). Sizes range from 9 x10 to 30 x40. Again, we need enough room to lay out the parts before assembly. Set up is included in the price but a delivery charge may be added depending on the size of your order and how far out you live. Also, if you have a paved area but still want a tent or canopy rather than a frame tent there may be an extra charge for drilling the stake holes. PLEASE NOTE! If you decorate our tents do not use staples or tape! Nothing is to be attached directly to the tent top! All decorations must be removed from our tents before we come to pick up.
