There is a nonrefundable 25% reservation deposit required on all orders, which is applied to the total rental cost. A credit card number is required in case of damage or loss. You must be 18 years of age to rent and a picture ID is required. We accept Cash, Check, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. All rental fees are for one day of use. This means rental inventory can be picked up the day before the event, then returned the day after your event. There are no extra rental fees due to our delivery/pickup scheduling. Extended rentals are available at an additional cost. All inventory counts must be verified by you or your representative at time of pick-up or our delivery. Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from the time of delivery or customer pickup, to the time of our pickup or customer return. You will be charged a replacement cost for any damaged or loss. The above is a condensed listing.
