2 January 2011 Delivery/Pick-up Service Standard delivery and pick up services are available Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available for an additional fee. Delivery charges are for ground floor delivery on a business day prior to the event and pick up on a business day afterwards. Special delivery and pick-up must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Prior to the pick up, items must be consolidated in one location. Please have items folded, stacked, packed as delivered and all items should be protected from harmful weather conditions. Shortages must be reported on delivery or the invoiced quantities will be considered received. Order Changes/Setup & Take Down Reductions or deletions can be made up until noon 2-days prior to delivery, after that orders are packed, staged, invoiced and can not be reduced. Setup and take down can be arranged in advance for an additional cost. Cleaning Please return all dinnerware, flatware, glassware and all other food service equipment in original containers and clean of all food and debris to avoid additional cleaning fees. Linens are clean and table ready, please return them dry along with the clips and hangers in the laundry bag provided. A replacement fee will be charged for any linens returned with candle wax, burn holes, or mildew. Breakage/Damage Waiver We do charge for all missing, broken, damaged and weather damaged items. Damage waiver does not cover theft, candle wax, cigarette burns, candle burns, or mildew on linens. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. To avoid the risk of unforeseen charges, our Damage Waiver, 10% of the rental rate, indemnifies you against the cost of accidental damage to equipment you have rented.
