Market Street Washington C.H., Ohio (740) NEWS THEFT: Sunglass Hut reported person(s) unknown obtained merchandise and departed without making payment. RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: Sheriff s deputies responded to New Martinsburg on reports of a stolen vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and the occupant. Bethany Moore, At Large was arrested and charged in the matter CRIMINAL DAMAGING/CRIMINAL TRESPASSS: Dave Hunt of New Holland reported a juvenile neighbor caused damage to his vehicle. TRAFFIC CRASH: Jamie Hannah of Washington CH was traveling east on Rock Bridge Rd. Hannah failed to stop at the intersection of Locust Grove Rd traveling off the roadway striking a fence. No injuries were reported. Hannah was issued a citation for Failure to Control. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Sheriff s deputies responded to Washington New Martinsburg Rd on a domestic incident. Upon arrival all parties involved were identified and it was determined that no assault or threats had occurred. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Romelia Gomez Mendez of Washington CH reports being assaulted by known family member. Robert Tripp of Washington CH was arrested and charged in the matter CASUALTY: Ria May of New Martinsburg reported a dirt bike crash involving a juvenile. The juvenile was transported by Medflight to Nationwide Children s Hospital. CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Mark Hoppes of Jeffersonville reported damage to a camper that had occurred within the past week. THEFT: Ephriam Alltop of Bloomingburg reported a theft of tools. STORM DAMAGE: James Brady of Washington CH reported during a storm the neighbors shed blew apart causing damage to his fence.

2 VIOLATION OF PROTECTION ORDER: Sheriff s deputies responded to Vine St in the Village of Jeffersonville on a domestic incident. Upon arrival all parties involved were identified and it was determined that both parties had protection orders against each other. Brad Card and Amie Nelson of Jeffersonville were arrested and charged in the matter. TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on Peddicord Ave. and S R 41 North. Makayla E. Gentry of Washington CH was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead. DECEASED: Chad E. Grooms was found deceased inside his residence by a family member TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: Deputies responded to a residence on Biddle Blvd in reference to unwanted text messages. Resident advised she received multiple unwanted text messages from an unknown number. TRAFFIC CRASH: Christy Ellars of Sabina reported sometime during the day an unknown person / vehicle had struck her motor vehicle while it was parked at the Tanger Outlet Mall. TRAFFIC CRASH: Brian Hodge of Liberty Twp struck a deer while traveling northbound on I- 71 near the 64 mile post. No injuries were reported. TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: Ronda Cowman of Washington CH reported she had received several unwanted telephone calls from a known person. PROTECTION ORDER SERVICE: A protection order was served pursuant to Court order THEFT: Robert E. Crowe of Jeffersonville reported sometime within the past week persons unknown removed several hand tools from his motor vehicle. CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA: Gale McConkey of Washington CH reported he located illegal narcotics growing inside of his rental property. The narcotics were seized. TRAFFIC CRASH: An employee of Wendy s on U S Rte 35 reported sometime overnight an unknown person / vehicle had struck their fence causing damage. ASSAULT: Ashley Young of Jeffersonville reported that a child was assaulted by another child while leaving the bus stop. Charges were declined. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Sharon Cottrill of Bloomingburg reported a dispute involving a known male. BURGLARY/THEFT: Delbert W. Montgomery of Washington CH reported within the past 24 hours persons unknown entered his residence removing a TV. TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: Shawna J. Vassar of Washington CH reported she had received several unwanted messages via Facebook from a known person. Vassar was referred to the City Solicitor

3 ILLEGAL TRASH DUMPING: Dustin Vance of Washington CH reported an illegal dumping complaint on Creek Rd near US35. BURGLARY: Ronda Cowman of Washington CH reported that her residence was broken into and items were taken. DOG BITE: Ashley Goddard of Bloomingburg reported that a child was bitten by a dog. The dog was voluntarily turned over to the dog warden by the owner. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: While serving an arrest warrant at Washington Municipal Court drug paraphernalia was located. Billy Vinion of Washington CH was arrested in the matter. NEIGHBOR DISPUTE: Deputies responded to a residence on Prairie Rd in reference to a neighbor dispute. TRAFFIC CRASH: Rhonda Mitchell of Jeffersonville, Ohio was traveling northbound on Reid Rd near Hidy Rd when Mitchell lost control of her vehicle. Mitchell traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a fence. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained minor damage. Mitchell was cited in the crash. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Deputies were dispatched to Grace St on a domestic complaint. Upon the completion of the investigation it was determined that physical violence had occurred. Brian Cowman of Washington C.H. was arrested in the incident ASSAULT: Angela Kinker of Sidney reported she was assaulted by a known person. Prosecution was declined at the time of the report. THEFT: Dalton C. Knapp of Washington CH reported a known person had taken his property without consent. BURGLARY/THEFT: Michelle Miller of Washington C.H. reported the person(s) unknown had entered her residence and removed a check UNDERAGE CONSUPMTION/ PHYSICAL CONTROL: While on patrol Sheriff s deputies located a suspicious vehicle making contact with the occupants. Upon contact with the occupants it was found that the occupants were intoxicated. Sydney Walker and Cody Brown of Washington CH was arrested and charged in the matter. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Units handled a call of a domestic dispute between a male and female. TRAFFIC CRASH: A single-car motor vehicle crash was reported near 2995 Ghormley Road. The driver fled the area following the crash and remains unknown. TRAFFIC CRASH: A single-car motor vehicle crash was reported on S R 753 at Flakesford Road. The driver fled the area following the crash and remains unknown. OVI, endangering children: A female from Columbus was arrested for OVI, and Endangering Children following traffic stop.

4 TRAFFIC CRASH: A single-car motor vehicle crash was reported on I-71 at the # 63 mile post. Ayodele O. Akinyemi of Liberty Township reported he lost control of his motor vehicle on the ice and snow covered roadway. TRAFFIC CRASH: Asingle-car motor vehicle crash was reported on I-71 at the # 65 mile post. Robert Roberts of Peebles reported he lost control of his motor vehicle on the ice and snow covered roadway. Roberts was transported by squad to a local area hospital for medical treatment. TRAFFIC CRASH: Christina Blair of New Holland reported while traveling northbound on Good Hope-New Holland Rd she struck a deer causing minor damage. THEFT: Employees of Fragrance Outlet located at Tanger Outlet, 8210 Factory Shops Blvd, reported an unknown male entered the store and after distracting employees at the register left the store with merchandise and cash. ASSAULT: Ruby Treadway of Chillicothe, OH reported being assaulted while incarcerated in Fayette County Jail. TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: Michael A. Goldsberry of Sabina reported he had received several unwanted telephone calls from a known person. Goldsberry was referred to the Village Solicitor THEFT: An employee of McDonald s reported persons unknown had removed an item from the business. BREAKING & ENTERING: Sheriff s deputies responded to US 62 on reports of a subject inside the garage of a residence. Jeremy Self was located and placed under arrest. ASSAULT: Miranda Hester of Washington CH reported being assaulted while incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail. Hester declined criminal prosecution. CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Darian Dillion of Washington CH reported person(s) unknown caused damage to the window of his vehicle while parked along the road. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ WEAPONS UNDER DISABLITY: Tabitha Everhart of Washington CH reported being assaulted by a family member. While serving the warrant for the family member a firearm was located. William Moore of Washington CH was arrested and charged in the matter. THEFT: Glenn Dennis of Washington CH reported person(s) unknown gained entry into his vehicle and removed items from inside TRAFFIC CRASH: Ashley Hott of Washington CH was traveling west on US 22 and struck a deer in the roadway. No injuries were reported. TRAFFIC CRASH: A semi became stuck in the ditch while trying to turn around in near US 22E at Clemons Rd. Mubashar Iqbal of Fresno, CA was issued a citation for Improper Turn.

5 DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Sheriff s deputies responded to Clyburn Ave on a domestic incident. Upon arrival all parties involved were identified and it was determined that no assault or threats of violence had occurred. DISABLED VEHICLE: Sheriff s Deputies responded to Staunton Sugar Grove Rd near SR 41 South on a disabled vehicle in water. A subject attempted to drive through standing water that was about 3 feet high. No injuries were reported. DISABLED VEHICLE: Sheriff s Deputies responded to Snow Hill Rd near Stringtown Rd for a disabled vehicle in water. A subject attempted to drive through standing water that was about 3 feet high. No injuries were reported. TRAFFIC CRASH: Brandon Darlington of Greenfield, Ohio reported he was traveling North on STR 753 near 2432 STR 753 when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle. No injuries were reported. RECIVEING STOLEN PROPERTY: Upon Sheriff s deputy checking a suspicious vehicle it was found to have stolen license plates. Aaron Kosanke of Jeffersonville was arrested and charged in the matter TRAFFIC CRASH: Ahmed Aden of Louisville, KY was traveling north on IR 71 and lost control of his vehicle. Aden traveled off the left side of the roadway into the median. Aden was issued a citation for Failure to Control. THEFT: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 700 Block of Rowe-Ging Rd for a theft complaint. Unknown person(s) stole a credit and used it several times at multiple businesses. PASSING BAD CHECKS: Sheriff s deputies responded to Central Tire within Union Township for a bad check compliant. A known person wrote a bad check to the business. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 700 Block of Bush Rd for a domestic dispute. A male and female got into an argument without either party being verbally or physically assaulted. BREAKING AND ENTERING/THEFT: Sheriff s deputies responded to the Interstate 71 Northbound rest area for a breaking and entering and theft complaint. Unknown person(s) broke in to the shed and stole items. The investigation is ongoing. THEFT: Sheriff s deputies responded to Winner s Market in Jeffersonville for a theft complaint. A known female employee stole items while she was working. The business owner declined to pursue criminal charges. BURGLARY/THEFT: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 1300 block of Forest Street for a burglary and theft complaint. Unknown person(s) came into the residence and stole items while no one was home. The investigation is ongoing. CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Sheriff s deputies responded to 507 Woodsview Square for a criminal damaging complaint. Unknown person(s) broke the outside door handle to one of the apartments. The investigation is ongoing.

6 BURGLARY/THEFT: Becka Mills of Washington CH reported person(s) unknown entered her residence and removed items from inside. RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE: Sheriff s deputies responded to 6791 Limes Rd on a suspicious vehicle. Once the information on the vehicle was checked, it was found to have been stolen out of Greenfield, Ohio. Contact was made with Greenfield police department who requested the vehicle be released to the owner. THEFT: Sheriff s deputies responded to the intersection of York Rd at Ghormley Rd for a reported theft of a road sign. Witnesses reported the vehicle pulled to the intersection. Three 3 males got out of the vehicle and stole the stop sign. Investigation is pending. THEFT/FORGERY: John Melvin of Mt Sterling, Oh reported unauthorized checks were written to a known suspect without consent. TRAFFIC CRASH: Trina Russell of Washington CH was traveling south on SR 41 and struck a dog in the roadway. THEFT: Danielle Moore of Washington CH reported person(s) unknown removed her vehicle from her residence without consent. TRAFFIC CRASH: 17 year old juvenile was traveling west on SR 435. The juvenile made a left turn onto IR 71 failing to yield for a vehicle traveling east causing a collision. The juvenile driver was issued a citation for Failure to Yield. ESCAPE: Lt Wise of the Sheriff s Office reported while escorting a female from court to jail the female fled on foot. She was located at the BP on Court St a short time later by Captain McFarland DOG BITE: Sydney Nelson of Columbus, Oh reports while walking on Greenfield Sabina Rd she was bite by a dog. Contact was made with owner of dog. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Deputies were dispatched to Hedge Ct in Jeffersonville on a domestic complaint. Upon the completion of their investigation it was determined that no violence or threats of violence occurred. A female at the residence suffered a laceration from punching a picture. Fayette EMS responded to the scene and transported the female to Fayette Memorial for treatment MISUSE OF CREDIT CARD: Sheriff s Deputies responded to a complaint for misuse of an credit card. A known person is believed to have taken the credit card without the owner s permission and made purchase on the card. The investigation is ongoing DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Two New Holland residents were reported to be in a verbal dispute. TRAFFIC CRASH: Sheriff s Deputies responded to a two vehicle hit skip traffic crash on Bogus Rd. in Wayne Township. A vehicle owned by Beulah Wells, of Woodstock, Ohio was parked when it was struck by another unknown vehicle that departed the area.

7 TRAFFIC CRASH: Sheriff s Deputies responded to a single vehicle commercial crash on U.S. Route 22 in Jasper Township. Martin Gamble of Hampton, GA. was attempting to make a U-turn when he traveled off the roadway causing damage. Gamble was cited for failure to control a motor vehicle. POSSESSION OF DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENT: While on patrol Sheriff s Deputy was flagged down by an employee of the Tanger Outlet Mall, In Jeffersonville, Ohio. The employee advised the Deputy of a syringe located on the property. The syringe was recovered. No known suspects. TRASH DUMPING: Sheriff s Deputies responded to a report of trash dumping on Bogus Rd. in Wayne Township. A witness observed a black truck dump trash along the roadway. The investigating deputy was able to locate the driver. Identified as Darrell Russell, of Washington C.H., Ohio and the reported vehicle. Russell was issued a summons for Littering. DRUG ABUSE: Deputies were dispatched to Biddle Blvd for an unresponsive male. Deputies found a female administering CPR upon arrival and a single dose of Narcan was given to the male by the deputy. The male became conscious after being given the Narcan. THEFT: Ronald Self of Washington C.H., Ohio reported a known female at his residence removed several items from the house prior to leaving TRAFFIC CRASH: Clarence Anderson of Columbus, Ohio was traveling northbound on State Route 753 in a 2018 Frieghtliner semi. Anderson began to merge into another lane and failed to see a 1984 Chevrolet truck operated by Staci Fox of Wilmington, Ohio. The trailer of Anderson s semi struck the front right of Fox vehicle. Fox vehicle sustained minor damage. No injuries. Anderson was cited in the incident. DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Sheriff s deputies responded to 1317 Forest Street for an unresponsive male. Stephen Wilson of Washington C.H., Ohio was unable to care for himself. Wilson was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail. TRAFFIC CRASH: A single-car motor vehicle crash was reported on U S Rte 35 East near the # 22 MP. Justin M. Bailey of Middletown was cited for Failure to Control. TRAFFIC CRASH: A single-car motor vehicle crash was reported near 2690 S R 753. Brooke N. Henry of Washington CH was cited for Failure to Control. TRAFFIC CRASH: Harold E. Martin of Fletcher, North Carolina reported he was backing his tractor-trailer on the lot of the T/A when he struck a motor vehicle. ASSAULT: A deputy of the Fayette County Jail reported an inmate was assaulted by two other inmates. Jeremiah R. Hall, and Anthony T. Hall both of Washington CH were charged with Assault DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 4000 Block Wentz Rd in reference to a domestic complaint. Michael Penwell of Jeffersonville, Ohio assaulted a female who lives with him. Penwell was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

8 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; WEAPONS UNDER DISABILITY: Sheriff s deputies arrested Mary and Billy Vinion of Washington CH, following a domestic incident. Billy Vinion was additionally charged for Having Weapons under Disability TRAFFIC CRASH: Anthony J. Bailey of Graham, North Carolina reported he was backing his tractor-trailer on the lot of the T/A when he struck a motor vehicle. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Bush Rd in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival deputies made contact with all involved parties. It was determined that no threats or physical occurred during the verbal argument. TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on I-71 near the # 74 mile post. Kimberly D. Wright of Decatur, Tennessee was cited for Failure to Control. TRAFFIC CRASH: A two car motor vehicle crash was reported near 1400 U S Rte 22 West. Hannah Caldwell of Washington CH was cited for Failure to Yield. OVI/IMPROPERLY HANDLING FIREARM IN MOTOR VEHICLE: Sheriff s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US RTE 35 Westbound near the 6 mile post within Jefferson Township. Michael Cash of Washington C.H., Ohio was operating the vehicle while impaired and had a loaded firearm in his possession. Michael was arrested for OVI and also charged with improperly handling of a firearm. TRAFFIC CRASH: Sheriff s deputies responded to Washington New Martinsburg Rd near Miami Trace Rd for a single vehicle traffic crash. Ashley Hester of Leesburg, Ohio was traveling North on Washington New Martinsburg Rd when a deer ran out in front of her vehicle. Hester struck the deer causing damage. No injuries were reported. DOMESTC DISPUTE: Sheriff s deputies responded to Woodsview Court in Jeffersonville for a domestic dispute. Two females got into an argument without either party being assaulted or threatened CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 400 Block of Peddicord Ave in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. Unknown person(s) loosened the bolts on his wheel chair seat. ASSAULT: Sheriff s deputies responded to the Fayette County Jail for an assault. Katherine Frederick of Washington C.H., Ohio assaulted Cynthia Delarosa of Washington C.H., Ohio while they were in a cell together. Charges were filed against Frederick for assault. DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Sheriff s deputies responded to the 500 Block of Parrott Station Rd for a domestic dispute. A male and female got into an argument without either party being verbally of physically assaulted. TRAFFIC CRASH: Bruce M. Martin of Greenfield reported he had struck a deer on S R 753 near Miami Trace Road. TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT: Tiffany A. Knight of Bloomingburg reported she was threatened on Facebook messenger.

9 THEFT: Jordan L. Gregory of Jeffersonville reported persons unknown removed his registration plate from his motor vehicle. THEFT: Jackie Jones of Bloomingburg reported persons unknown stole her gas grill from her residence CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Keith Watson of Jeffersonville reported person(s) unknown caused damage to his vehicle TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on U S Rte 22 West at Jamison Road. Tesla Brown was cited for Failure to Yield. AGGRAVATED MENACING: A juvenile reported she was threatened by another juvenile. CRIMINAL TRESPASS: Travis L. Ivey of Washington CH reported persons unknown trespassed on his property. THEFT: Flying J reported person(s) unknown entered the business and obtained merchandise and departed without making payment. TRAFFIC CRASH: Olivia Burns of Hillsboro, Oh was traveling north on SR 753 and lost control of her vehicle. Burns traveled off the right side of the roadway into the ditch. No injuries were reported. Burns was issued a citation for Failure to Control. TRAFFIC CRASH: Diane Wilson of Washington CH was traveling west on SR 753. Wilson made a right turn onto US 62 failing to yield for a vehicle traveling north causing a collision. No injuries were reported. Wilson was issued a citation for Failure to yield UNRULY: A report was made on a 16 year old unruly FIRE: A Sheriff s deputy located a semi on US 35 that appeared to have smoke coming from the motor. Washington FD responded to extinguish the fire. THEFT: Ronnie Duncan of Washington CH reported person(s) unknown removed property from his residence. TRAFFIC CRASH: Jerome Theunissen of Rye, NY was traveling north on IR 71. Theunissen changed lanes from the left lane into the middle lane striking another vehicle. No injuries were reported. Theunissen was issued a citation for Marked Lanes. TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported at U S Rte 22 and S R 753. Andry Bingaman of Aberdeen, Kentucky was cited for Failure to Yield. THEFT: An employee of Michael Kors reported unknown persons removed merchandise from the business without payment.

10 ILLEGAL CONVEYANCE; POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS: An officer of the Fayette County Jail reported an inmate had conveyed dangerous drugs inside the facility TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car private property crash was reported on the lot of the Cruz Thru North. Ronnie Hager & Brayden Landenburg were the involved drivers. PROTECTION ORDER/ DRUG PARAPHENALIA: Deputies were dispatched to a residence on West Lancaster Rd reference a protection order. While collecting firearms per the protection order drug paraphernalia was located. TRAFFIC CRASH: William Curtis of Washington CH was traveling westbound on State Route 435 and attempted to turn left into the TA parking lot. Patrick Kenny of Reynoldsburg OH was traveling eastbound on State Route 435. William Curtis failed to yield the right of way to Patrick Kenny. William Curtis began to turn left in the intersection striking Patrick Kenny. William Curtis was issued a citation for failure to yield when turning left. No injuries were reported. ENDANGERING CHILDREN: Sheriff s deputies responded to 71 Biddle Blvd in Bloomingburg in reference to an endangering child compliant. A small child was seen outside by its self without any supervision. The investigation is ongoing. CRIMINAL TRESPASSING/DISORDERLY CONDUCT/DRUG PARAPHERNLIA: Sheriff s deputies responded to 916 Staunton Jasper Rd in reference to a criminal trespassing complaint. Scott Smith of Springfield, Missouri came onto the property of 916 Staunton Jasper Rd without the home owner s consent. Once deputies spoke with Smith they could tell he was intoxicated. Smith was arrested and charged with Criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and drug paraphernalia. ASSIST AGENCY: Deputies were dispatched to I-71 near the Greene County line to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a high speed pursuit involving four stolen vehicles which originally began in Warren County. A Fayette County Sheriff s deputy deployed stop sticks northbound on I-71 north of exit 65. One of the suspect vehicles struck the spike strips. After that the vehicle became partially disabled at about the 67 mm at which time a suspect was taken into custody without further incident. TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on U S Rte 22 West near Carter Lumber. Rebecca N. Anderson of Washington CH was transported by squad to a local area hospital for treatment. Donald B. Bennett of Washington CH refused medical treatment on the scene and was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead. THEFT: Courtney D. Cline of Good Hope reported a known person had removed prescription medication from her residence DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; DRUG PARAHERNLIA: Tatiana K. Wolfe of Jeffersonville reported she assaulted by a household member. Shane M. Osborn of Jeffersonville was arrested for Domestic Violence. Following his arrest, Osborn was found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. He was charged additionally for the possession(s).

11 WANTED PERSON/CRIMINAL TRESPASSING/DRUG PARAPHENALIA/DRUG ABUSE: Sheriff s deputies responded to Milledgeville for a wanted person. Jason Wallace had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Wallace was located in a shed behind a residence in the 8000 block of Main Street. While Wallace was being patted down, a small amount of marijuana was found on Wallace s person along with a pipe. Wallace was arrest and transported to the Fayette County Jail. ASSAULT/THEFT/OBSTRUCTING/RESISTING/ESCAPE: Sheriff s deputies responded to the area of Brock Rd and SR 38 on a theft complaint from Midway Mini Mart. The suspect, Rodger Ferguson, was reported to have stolen items from the store. A Sheriff s Deputy located Ferguson and advised him he was under arrest for several outstanding warrants. Ferguson began to resist arrest and assaulted the Sheriff s Deputy. Ferguson then departed the scene on foot southbound on Brock Rd. Additional warrants were issued for Ferguson s arrest. Ferguson was taken into custody later that day with the assistance of units from the US Marshall Service. TRAFFIC CRASH: Sheriff s deputies responded to a crash on Walnut St in the Village of Jeffersonville. A semi had struck several vehicles taking down power poles & lines. Jaclyn Raike of Greenfield, Ohio was traveling South on State Route 41 when a deer ran out in front of Raike s vehicle. Raike struck the deer causing damage to her vehicle. Eric Dietrich Jr. held a known female against her will then assaulted her while she was holding a child. Dietrich, Jr. was arrested and charged with Abduction, Domestic Violence, and Endangering Children. UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION, CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR: Brittany Kinman of Washington CH reported intoxicated underage persons. Upon Deputies arrival they made contact with a male inside the business, later identified as Malcom Lucas of Rochester NY. Lucas was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication because he was unable to care for himself at the time of the incident TELEPHONE HARRASSMENT: A Bloomingburg resident reported receiving unwanted snapchats. The known juvenile suspect was contacted and advised of the complaint and consequences if they continue. Anthony Lebeau of Washington C.H., refused to move back away from the fire scene like he was asked. Arlean Brown of Chicago IL, and Charyelle Berry of Cleveland, Oho were located by deputies and arrested for theft. Both were taken to the Fayette County Jail. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Drug paraphernalia was located in a student s locker by school staff. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Shawn R. Barton of Washington CH reported he was assaulted by a household member. Kristin I. Everhart of Washington CH was charged in the offense POSSESSION OF DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS: Sheriff s deputies conducted a traffic stop on U S Rte 35 near Palmer Road for a driving infraction. While conducting the stop it was discovered one of the occupants had a warrant for their arrest. Drug paraphernalia and interments were located in the vehicle. Justin Creed and Kimberly Williams both of Washington CH were charged in the offense. THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE: David M. Routte of Washington CH reported his motor vehicle was stolen while it was running, parked in front of his residence. The vehicle was located a short time later on Forrest Street and returned to Route. Tiffini Ayres of Washington CH was arrested for OVI. CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Shelly Robbins of Washington CH reported her yard was damaged. TRAFFIC CRASH: Cameretha Brown of Cincinnati, Oh was traveling west on SR 435. Brown failed to have assured clear distance ahead striking the rear of another vehicle traveling west. The vehicle struck by Brown then traveled forward striking another vehicle. Occupants of the second vehicle were transported to a medical facility for treatment. Brown was issued a citation for ACDA. THEFT: Bice of Washington CH reported after moving from a residence she returned to obtain property and property was missing. TRAFFIC CRASH: Troy Baker of Washington CH was traveling east on US 22 and lost control of his vehicle. Baker traveled off the left side of the roadway and over corrected and began to overturn. Baker then traveled off the right side of the roadway striking a mailbox. Baker refused treatment at the scene. Baker was cited for Failure to Control and was placed under arrest for OVI. During the standby deputies were advised of text messages while a protection order was active. Ronald Ashmore of Huber Heights, Oh was arrested and charged in the matter.

TRAFFIC CRASH: Krystal Burton was traveling northbound on Bloomingburg New Holland Rd when she failed to maintain control of her vehicle. She crossed the center line then entered the ditch and sideswiped a utility pole. She was issued a citation for failure to control. No injuries were reported. TRAFFIC CRASH: Kayla Boyce of Reynoldsburg, Ohio was traveling south on US Rte 62 when she attempted to turn on to Wagner Way. Boyce was then struck in the rear by Josi Miller of Leesburg, Ohio. No injuries. Jackson was cited for OVI failure to control. ROBBERY/GAMBLING: Sheriff s deputies responded to Love s Truck Stop for a Robbery and Gambling complaint. Several unknown male subjects were on the love s lot gambling, and that one subject robbed a guy at gun point. The investigation is ongoing.

Kevin French of Columbus reported he lost control of his motor vehicle on the ice and snow covered roadway, rolling his vehicle in the median. THEFT: An employee of Wilson Leather reported persons unknown removed merchandise from the business without payment TRAFFIC CRASH: A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported near SR 38. David J. Jackson of London reported Michael J. Wilson of Washington had struck his motor vehicle while being passed. MENACING: A Jeffersonville resident reported threats made. It was determined that the complaint was unfounded.

The crash is under further investigation UNRULY: An unruly juvenile report was made with charges being filed by the guardian. ATTEMPTED SUICIDE: Sheriff s deputies responded to the Hampton Inn on a welfare check of a female staying at the hotel. Deputies made contact with the female at which time made comments of suicide. Fayette County EMS was summoned to the scene and made transport of the female to a medical facility for treatment. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Michelle Clemans of Jeffersonville reported receiving threats from a family member. Cody E. Smith of Jeffersonville was arrested and charged in the matter. TRAFFIC CRASH: Phillip LeMaster of Washington CH was traveling east on US 35. LeMaster exited US 35 to Palmer Rd traveling off the right side of the roadway striking a parked semi. No injuries were reported. LeMaster was found to be intoxicated at time of crash and was arrested and charged in the matter. FOUND PROPERTY: Wayne Sharron of Dayton, Oh was traveling on SR 435 and located a red wallet in the roadway. The wallet was recovered.

After Deputies made contact with both involved parties it was known that both parties had obvious signs of physical assault. Brad Card of Jeffersonville was arrest for felonious assault and Amie Nelson was arrest for domestic violence. ENDANGERING CHILDREN: An anonymous complaint was made with the sheriff s office in reference to a known person endangering their children. TRAFFIC CRASH: Chelsea Smith of Marion, OH was traveling north on IR 71. Smith exited I- 71 to the north bound rest area and lost control of her vehicle traveling over a curb.
