The traffic stop revealed the vehicle operator was in possession of marijuana. The vehicle operator was issued a summons to go to court and was released on scene :33: LICENSE PLATE E 219 ST EUCLID AV Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speed and an equipment violation. The vehicle operator was found in possession of Crack Cocaine. The driver was placed under arrest and his vehicle was towed :33: THEFT TUNGSTEN RD 207 A plastic crate of old gospel records was stolen from an apartment storage unit. 10:49: DEVOE AV Female lost debit card and suspect used the card to purchase several items. 7395C 11:46: ROGER DR DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Female called and stated her ex-boyfriend was at her house and he has a warrant :20: N LAKELAND BL 209C TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Female stated that her ex-girlfriend continues to call and send her messages after she told her to stop :27: MENACING EUCLID AV 203 victim states that his ex-girlfriend is threatening him in person as well via telecommunications :05: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY SIDNEY DR Claimant states she came outside and discovered her back window busted out of her vehicle. 7395D 17:07: TREMAINE DR DISTURBANCE - TROUBLE W/CUSTOMER Male attempted to order pizza using a debit via telephone. 2 18:07: E 221 ST Female found what she believed to be human remains on the beach. Female took photographs and contacted Coast Gaurd, who then contact our department. The item was collected and entered in as property until it is properly identified :53: E 193 ST THREATS - GENERAL 02:21: EUCLID AV Police observed a vehicle driving without headlights in the parking lot of Euclid Avenue. When police made contact with the male operator, the male was found to have a Burglary warrant with Cleveland Police Department. The male was placed under arrest and transported to meet CPD :03: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE 1321 E 276 ST 1 Theft of a motor vehicle that was left running in parking lot. 10:43: MARIJUANA-SELL Execution of Search Warrant 666 E 266 ST :54: MENACING 495 E 250 ST Suspect 1: Called 911 while several officers were on scene, wouldn't allow officers to investigate the menacing report and acted out of control while on scene (yelling, screaming, profanity, etc.). The male removed a screen and climbed through her window. Once the caller came home, they engaged in a verbal argument. 7395C 20:26: EUCLID AV DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Police were called by complainant to report there were friends at his home that would not leave :46: LICENSE PLATE E 239 ST N LAKELAND BL Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. The traffic stop revealed the vehicle operator was operating impaired on a drug (PCP), was in possession of Marijuana, and had an active warrant. The caller reported that her daughters told her about the truck, each independently. The owner of the headphones asked what he was doing, and the male gave him his headphones back. The male walked away :11: DISCHARGING FIREARMS TREMAINE DR Shots fired in the area. Security saw a suspect vehicle and shell casings were located near where vehicle was parked :32: THEFT E 232 ST Suspect(s) stole items out of victims car parked in the driveway :46: THREATS - GENERAL 1540 E 193 ST 244 Complainant reports being threatened by her neighbors because of her loud refrigerator :10: AGGRAV MENACING 928 E 220 ST Suspect put a threatening post on social media offering money if someone would "wack" his childs mother. 21:59: NOBLE BEACH DR Male covered in possible blood came home and stated hed did not remember what happened :27: E 200 ST LAKELAND BL DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Male suspect was pulled over and later arrested for OVI :53: Suspects shoplifting from CVS :44: LAKE SHORE BLVD FARRINGDON AV TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Female is receiving phonecalls and texts from her exboyfriend and wants them to stop. ROBBERY-RESID-GUN LAKE SHORE BLVD 341 HALLE DR Two males stole a vehicle at gunpoint. Police used onstar and tracked the vehicle. Police pursued the vehicle and recovered the vehicle after it crashed. The video shows an unknown suspect exit a blue Oldsmobile ninety-eight and enter the callers vehicle, before driving off with it :47: E 200 ST RECOVERED PROPERTY (OTHER JURISDICTION) 14:43: E 256 ST 5309 TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Female is calling victim over 100 times in a week and leaving threatening voic s. 14:42: LAKE SHORE BLVD 2303 store owner states that a male suspect concealed merchandise on his person and left the store without paying. 16:01: E 225 ST :22: FULLER AV BURGLARY-FORCED (FREE TEXT) Forced entry was made into a home while the residents were gone. Two black Sony televisions were stolen. There are no suspects. Items of evidentiary value were collected and turned over to the detective bureau :07: E 193 ST COMPLAINTS - JUVENILE (FREE TEXT) Two young juvniles got into a fight a few weeks ago. Males met at Bruce where the suspect attempted to rob our complainant at gunpoint. Complainant then ran and exchanged gun fire :38: ROBBERY (FREE TEXT) 566 E 200 ST Unknown suspect robbed Papa Joes at gun point and fled scene in unknown vehicle :30: THEFT LAKE SHORE BLVD Female stated that an unknown person stole cash from her purse, which was left unattended in her place of work at Lakeshore Blvd :33: EUCLID AV VEHICLE AND/OR PLATES RECOVERED FOR US Vehicle stolen from gas station. Left running unlocked with the keys 5311H 04:39: NAUMANN AV DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Police responded to a report of two males fighting in the street. Upon arrival one of the males was highly intoxicated and refused to stop yelling and creating a disturbance. He also walked up to officers in a threatening manner. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct while intoxicated :02: E 200 TH GOLLER AV CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPON (FELONY) Male arrested for OVI, CCW, and drugs. Suspect stopped for a traffic violation and was in possesion of a loaded firearm. Suspected drugs found inside the vehicle and the operator was found to be impaired. 5418B 05:55: SLOW SPEED LAKELAND BL E 260 ST Male passed out in driver's seat of vehicle, was administered NARCAN and transported to the hospital. 5474C 09:07: EXPIRED LICENSE PLATES 681 E 200 ST Vehicle stopped for expired plates, vehicle had ficticious expiration sticker to another vehicle.
