Male was told by police not to return to property. 7365T 00:56: E 260 ST COMPLAINT - OPEN DOOR - WINDOW police located an open door on the school, security sweep performed, school clear :12: MARIJUANA-POSSESS GOLLER AV Police made contact with an idling occupied vehicle. When police spoke to the two vehicle occupants an open container of an alcoholic beverage was observed and an odor of marijuana was detected. The vehicle operator was cited / released for marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia :01: SHERWOOD BL VEHICLE AND/OR PLATES RECOVERED BY US Vehicle was stolen from the driveway sometime overnight. 6394C 11:52: E 214 ST ANIMAL CARE REQUIREMENTS Dogs leg was wrapped in a cable/leash and could not get out. No fresh water was available. No food was available to dog. Temperature was in low 40 degrees with only garage overhang :11: AGG. 2 20:23: CHATWORTH DR Unknown person or person knocking on a window in the rear of the residence :55: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE 940 BABBITT RD adult female complainant states that her cousin's black Chevrolet Malibu (OH REG GMM 9920) was taken with keys while parked with the engine running :55: LEFT OF CENTER WESTPORT AV Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The traffic stop revealed one of the three vehicle occupants possessed marijuana and a digital scale. The passenger was cited and released on scene :53: ROBBERY-BUSINESS-STGARM LAKE SHORE BLVD Police were called to Lakeshore Boulevard (Walgreens) for a suspicious male who entered the store wearing a mask and gloves. When police arrived they observed a masked male behind the front cash register and a female worker near by with her hands held above her head. The male attempted to flee from police when police entered the store. The male was apprehended after a struggle and was found in possession of a BB Gun. The male was placed under arrest for Aggravated Robbery :40: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY EUCLID AV 461 Door damaged due to male pounding on it after female refused entry so that he may obtain his game system. 07:28: TUNGSTEN RD An unknown suspect attempted to steal a Chrysler PT cruiser from the apartment complex parking lot. The unknown suspect broke out the passenger side window and stripped the steering column :05: E 260 ST BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCED ENTRY-NONRESID Entered building, took copper pipes and wire 09:31: LAKE SHORE BLVD VEHICLE AND/OR PLATES RECOVERED BY US Stolen Dodge Caravan from Cleveland was located in the parking lot at Waters Edge unoccupied 13:03: EUCLID AV 12:56: E 254 ST Female stated an unknown black male was in her back yard behind her garage Page #: 2

She refuses to return it to owner. 15:19: MIAMI RD Home owner believes that a female friend of her daughter kicked the front security door to her home causing damage :08: MARIJUANA-POSSESS 1500 E 191 ST Male found in possession of marijuana while in his bed at the facility. Male also had an active warrant for his arrest with our city. 19:42: FULLER AV Group of unidentified juveniles broke the front window of the victims residence by throwing pumpkin at it :53: RENWOOD AV BURGLARY-FORCED (FREE TEXT) Unknown suspect forced entry into victim's residence and took three flat screen tv's before fleeing the scene :47: LEFT OF CENTER 470 E 200 ST Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The traffic stop revealed a male passenger was in possession of marijuana and had an active felony warrant. The male passenger was placed under arrest. 01:49: E 200 ST Caller reported possible robbery in progress, no victim info 4170B 02:11: BABBITT RD ROCKWELL DR OPEN CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop police observed a digital scale and open containers inside the stopped vehicle. One of the students ended up breaking his right arm in the process. 11:00: CLEARVIEW DR U Female came into Euclid PD to make a report of her ex-boyfriend and his cousin coming to her house and taking her vehicle without permission. 11:23: KENWOOD DR Police were conducting registration checks in the area and located a vehicle that was entered stolen out of East Cleveland :54: THREATS - GENERAL 711 E 222 ST Female bus driver stated she was verbally threatened by a student from Euclid High school :02: DRUG ABUSE (FREE TEXT) 451 CLEARVIEW DR D Police observed two males standing next to a parked vehicle. The males quickly went inside once they observed a marked patrol vehicle. Police observed Marijuana in plain view inside the vehicle :31: THEFT-FROM MAILS COLBOURNE RD Resident stated that his pharmacy sent him diabetic strips to his residence. Resident never received the strips. 15:10: BABBITT RD 17:37: E 222 ST 1398 AGGRAV MENACING Suspect made verbal threats of serious physical harm at the victim. 18:18: LAKE SHORE BLVD 2303 THEFT-SHOPLIFTING Male stole a shirt from the store. Male has mental problems. He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation. 17:27: EUCLID AV 2328 THEFT-FROM BLDG Male come home, his door was open. His Tv and stereo were gone. 20:37: EUCLID AV 2203 BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCED ENTRY-NONRESID Suspects forced open window to gain entry into a vacant buisiness building. No items were stolen. 6 :37: EUCLID AV CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPON (FELONY) Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Audi Q3, Ohio Registration (HEZ4060) for an obstructed license plate. The vehicle was occupied by two males. At the conclusion of the traffic stop two males were arrested in relation to a recovered firearm and narcotics. 22:48: EUCLID AV :13: THEFT $ US currency taken from desk drawer :03: DISTURBANCE 1255 E 279 ST L 377 E 214 ST Intoxicated male was attempting to enter his ex-girlfriend's home :59: EUCLID AV BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCED ENTRY-NONRESID Suspect threw brick through front glass door, entered, checked safe then left out same front door. 10:50: TUNGSTEN RD TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Complainant called to report receiving unwanted and harassing text messages. 10:44: daytime curfew arrest; parent duty warrant request :35: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING E215 PRIDAY AV 877 E 200 ST Unknown white male took an item from Home Depot without paying and then fled the scene. Security just wanted the incident documented :58: RENWOOD AV OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS Officers responded to the address to arrest a male having outstanding warrants with EPD. Three persons were arrested for warrants and obstructing official business :04: BRUSH AV DAMAGE TO PROPERTY :49: STOLEN VEHICLE (FREE TEXT) ST CLAIR AV The complainant parked her vehicle at a mechanic shop over a month ago. The shop has closed down, and now her vehicle is gone. The owner of the property states that the vehicle was not towed. It is suspected that the vehicle was stolen out of the lot. Page #: 6

Stolen merchandise from US Hair and Family Dollar was returned to them. Theft suspect was arrested and transported to jail :23: DEBRIS ON STREET 90 W/B 17:14: LAKE SHORE BLVD 5219 THREATS - GENERAL Security stated a female resident made a threat to shoot him :43: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) LAKE SHORE BLVD :35: LAKE SHORE BLVD IMPROPERLY HANDLING FIREARM IN A MOTOR VEHICLE A male was stopped in a vehicle for having a warrant for aggravated menacing. The male refused lawful orders to exit the vehicle, caused physical harm to two police officers and resisted arrest. The male had an illegal knife on his person. The male also had a loaded firearm inside of the vehicle. The male threatened a police officer :25: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING 725 E 200 ST The complainant stated the juvenile female concealed items in her purse in order to steal them from the listed business. 18:41: THEFT station house report 1500 E 193 ST :04: MENACING 1530 E 260 ST :16: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE EUCLID AV Male reported that his vehicle was stolen from parking lot while he went inside of business. Male reported that he left the vehicle running with keys inside the vehicle. Recovered by EPD at E 264 St and Tungsten. No keys. Owner responded to scene. An argument and physical altercation followed :39: LAKE SHORE BLVD STOPPING AFTER ACCIDENT (HIT-SKIP) call number cancelled accident number given :49: MENACING LAKE SHORE BLVD Two females were involved in a verbal argument and the argument escalated into a physical fight. 12:59: IVAN AV Neighbor allegedly cut down the complainant's bushes without her consent :25: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) 1395 E 219 ST :42: E 208 ST DAMAGE TO PROPERTY 16:02: E 260 ST E DISTURBANCE - FIGHT police responded to the area for a black male suspect striking another black male subject with a gun. 16:26: E 222 ST 5404S PHYSCIAL CONTROL WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE Physical control (Male arrested for physical control of vehicle while under the influence and obstructing official business) 16:26: LAKELAND BL 6399 ANIMAL - MISCELLANEOUS Female wished to turn over found dog. 19:01: E 222 ST 7395 DISTURBANCE Police responded to 904 E222nd Street in reference to a physical altercation between several family members. 20:08: EUCLID AV 2323 THEFT-SHOPLIFTING Female walked out of the store with unpaid food in her jacket Page #: 8

9 :12: DISTURBANCE EUCLID AV Police heard a disturbance while passing Sunoco, Euclid Ave. Police investigated the disturbance and discovered marijuana and drug abuse instruments :20: MURDER ATTEMPT LAKE SHORE BLVD 1103 Female stated that her fiance arrived at her apartment, physically assaulted her, and attempted to throw her off of her eleventh floor balcony :35: THEFT OF DRUGS LAKE SHORE BLVD 1006 Complainant states that two precription medications are missing from her apartment :11: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY LAKE SHORE BLVD 411 Complainant states someone kicked her door causing damage. She believes it is her live in boyfriend. 00:56: E 215 ST Unknown person or persons unsuccessfully tried to open the side and back door and took the light bulb out of the caller side light. The persons fled in a gray Kia Soul toward Kennison Ave when the caller turned on her front light :56: E 222 ST STOPPING AFTER ACCIDENT (HIT-SKIP) 1270B 07:24: GOLLER AV ROBBERY - MOTOR VEH. - CARJACKING ARMED Unknown male years of age approached the female victim and demanded her vehicle at gun point. Male took the females vehicle and was last observed westbound on Goller Ave :19: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING SHORE CENTER DR Male suspect loaded up a shopping cart with items and then passed the last point of sale :04: THEFT-FROM BLDG Male suspect stole victim's coat and bag out of business 08:28: LAKE SHORE BLVD GARY AV Car window was broken but nothing was removed from vehicle :45: DRUG ABUSE (FREE TEXT) EUCLID AV Female found with drug paraphernalia in her hand and admitted to just smoking crack cocaine. Female advised her mother had a black eye :20: THREATS - GENERAL FULLER AV Suspects went to the home of the complaintant in an attempt to assault her.
