Did not see any one. The male produced a folding knife from his pocket, opened it and ran toward the doorway. He was restrained by staff until Police arrived. 2338B 10:53: THEFT - CELL PHONE EUCLID AV 103 Police responded to the residence for a report of a lost or stolen phone. 11:13: E 260 ST Caller stated her son was being threatened by a classmate in his school. Police met with the caller and school staffing. Officer located a firearm :55: E 222 ST COMPLAINTS - JUVENILE (FREE TEXT) Juvenile refused to leave library with guardian :27: E 270 ST TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT UNWANTED PHONE CALLS FROM EXBOYFRIEND FACING ASSAULT CHARGES IN MAYFIELD HTS. AND ALLEGEDLY WAS ORDERED BY THE JUDGE TO NOT ATTEMPT CONTACT WITH HER :57: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING 719 BABBITT RD Theft (Three black males stole a basket of chips from the store and fled eastbound towards Tracy Av.) 3550C 05:20: GOLLER AV E 200 ST DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESS Police observed a female sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business. The female was observed concealing an item in her pocket. Upon checking, a "rock" of suspected Crack Cocaine was located. The female knocked the rock to the ground, prior to being handcuffed. The remnants of the rock were located and some was recovered. Additionally a crack pipe, needle and suspected heroin were located in the female's purse :26: THEFT BABBITT RD Owner of Convenient Food Mart (719 Babbit) called to report a group of unknown males stealing items from the business :48: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING SHORE CENTER DR Manager at Dollar Tree (22610 Shore Center) called and advised a black male wearing a tan coat shoplifted, and left the business and was walking north. The male was located nearby and placed under arrest. The items were returned. Page #: 2

B 14:36: MENACING BY STALKING CHATWORTH DR Male reportedly called and texted the complainant several times and allegedly wrote her a five page handwritten letter and delivered it to her residence. 15:32: E 191 ST Subject caused disturbance in leasing office and refused to leave. 16:28: E 185 ST Previously banned female came back to the property. 2604B station house 16:48: E 200 ST TAKING IDENTITY OF ANOTHER 18:28: EUCLID AV :47: COMPLAINTS - GENERAL 631 E 222 ST While working in an off-duty capacity at the Euclid Public Library, I was advised by staff that they believed a young male was masterbaiting near the computer area. An investigation was completed and the juvenile was removed from the property and advised not to return. 21:01: E 222 ST Officers responded for a female making a disturbance. Upon arrival, the female was asked to leave and placed on the no trespass list :12: SHOTS FIRED 385 E 222 ST H Shots fired. Subject located and arrested for discharging a firearm. 2404A 06:24: ROSELAND AV ATTEMPTED GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE vehicle was broken into and steering column stripped :07: ZEMAN AV TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Male attempted to gather belongings from his residence at Zeman where his ex-girlfriend resides. Female refused to allow him to enter. Male advised that the ex harasses him constantly via telecommunications. Page #: 3

One of the combatants broke his ankle. Police responded to the home and located the parties involved. 5 7394B 11:05: OPEN DOOR WINDOW CHATWORTH DR The front and rear door were found unlocked after responding to the listed residence for an alarm :18: UNSAFE VEHICLE E 200 ST N LAKELAND BL Traffic stop for full time and attention (cell phone), unsafe motor vehicle (cracked windshield), which developed into a pursuit until it was verified the vehicle had a stolen license plate and active warrant for hit-skip :17: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) CHARDON RD Complainant states that unknown person(s) used his credit card to fraudulently purchase items :35: THEFT-FROM AUTO 1505 E 260 ST An unknown black male stole 2 leaf blowers and 1 weed wacker from the reporting person's work truck. 7395C 14:24: KNUTH AV DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Police responded to 1519 Knuth Avenue in reference to a disturbance. 17:59: BIRCH DR ( home owner returned home to find two house keys in her door lock that do not belong ) :46: ANIMAL AT LARGE LAKE SHORE BLVD :17: W/B CONVEY PROHIBITED ITEMS INTO JAIL/MENTAL FACILITY A car was stopped for multiple traffic violations. The driver was placed under arrest and conveyed several different suspected controlled substances into the jail :08: THEFT SHAWNEE RD Theft of tax refund check--electronically deposited by tax preparer... 23:55: Threatened to kill female with knife 5425G 01:53: VEHICLE SEARCH/SEIZURE 1500 E 193 ST E 238 ST Traffic stop was affected a on a vehicle. Open containers of alcohol were observed in plain sight. Vehicle search was conducted and no further contraband located. Page #: 5

6 02:13: E 222 ST Police observed three young black males in the parking lot of Wendy's running s/b. Police advised the males to stop but they refused. One male was located and placed under arrest :13: DISTURBANCE EUCLID AV Female reported her child's father became angry and broke items in the residence. The male was arrested for multiple warrants. Female stated there was no violence and just wanted him advised of trespass. The male was placed on the trespass list. 13:34: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) stationhouse report HARTLAND RD 14:05: GLENBROOK BL 2300 THEFT Police responded to Glenbrook Blvd in reference to a theft. 2604B station house 14:46: ALBERTON RD TAKING IDENTITY OF ANOTHER 14:47: Aggravated Menacing EUCLID AV - A known juvenile male made statements to friends and others that he was going to return to the school and shoot it up :55: ORIOLE AV CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPON (FELONY) Police responded to the area of Oriole Avenue, in reference to suspicion. At the conclusion of the investigation a juvenile was arrested on weapons and drug related charges. 5311H 17:41: LAKE SHORE BLVD DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Police responded to Lake Shore Blvd. and E. 228 St for a male struck by a vehicle. It was determined that the male was highly intoxicated. The male was later cited by police at the hospital for Disorderly Conduct/ Intoxication and Jaywalking. 16:11: E 200 ST Female stated she was threatened by known suspect while shopping at Dollar General. 15:25: EUCLID AV Unknown male threatened to shoot and kill staff inside of the store then fled scene in a red sedan. 7 :55: Traffic stop-drug abuse DRUG ABUSE (FREE TEXT) ALBERTON RD E 250 ST 17:45: E 191 ST :03: THEFT-LICENSE PLATE NICHOLAS AV Theft of License Plate (Unknown suspect(s) removed victim's rear license plate) 7395C 19:43: EUCLID AV DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Female trespassed from the property. 7198C 22:45: LOST PROPERTY 780 E 212 ST Female wanted a report to document several pills are missing from her prescription. 7395E 02:44: DISTURBANCE - FIGHT 1571 E 196 ST A large group of intoxicated women were involved in a physical fight :51: ST CLAIR AV BABBITT RD DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Male suspect was unconscious behind the wheel, began driving, committed numerous traffic violations and was later arrested for OVI and CCW. 07:56: RICHARDS AV Male came to the police station lobby and stated that he was assaulted with a handgun and threatened by his childs mothers boyfriend while picking up his child at Richards. 5309B 12:50: E 200 ST HARASSMENT GENERAL 16:33: EUCLID AV Manager of store advised that the rear door alarm went off due to someone exiting through it, unknown if anything was taken :16: MARIJUANA-POSSESS E 222 ST LAKE SHORE BLVD Police observed 3 males by the side of an SUV in the back parking lot of a business. One male discarded marijuana when Police initiated contact. One male was arrested for a Probation Violation (warrant) and the other was arrested for Obstructing Official Business. Page #: 7

8 17:06: E 222 ST BABBITT RD 19:30: Disturbance-aggravated menacing. 19:38: E 222 ST 545 E 222 ST Female wanted another female placed on the Trespass list for her business. 5404G 20:05: LAKELAND BL E 260 ST OVI BAC.170 OR MORE (BREATH) Police were checking the area for two males possibly armed with a handgun. Officers observed a silver Kia driving north bound from the area at a high rate of speed, weaving through traffic. Police followed the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle pulled away from the traffic stop and subsequently was stopped a short distance ahead. A felony traffic stop was conducted and the driver was discovered to be intoxicated. The driver had a open container and marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was arrested :54: ROBBERY (FREE TEXT) EUCLID AV Suspect walked into store, brandished knife then fled after being confronted by cashier :55: EUCLID AV FEL. ASSAULT-NONFAMILY-WEAPON Females in a mutual fight inside a nightclub. Victim gets hit in the head with a high heel-end of a shoe. Unknown female suspect. Victim gets several stitches to close the forehead wound. 03:26: GENESEE AV A female threw a brick through a male friends living room window after he demanded she leave his home :05: EUCLID AV BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCED ENTRY-NONRESID A male broke into the Speedway gas station and then took cash and cigarettes. 2300C 09:35: ATTEMPTED GRAND THEFT 1553 KNUTH AV 201 Female stated someone broke into her vehicle sometime overnight. Police observed damage to the steering column. No items were missing from inside the vehicle :57: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING 475 E 200 ST Two black males in their 20's entered the store and took merchandise then ran out the side door and east on Naumann Av. 9 5474C 11:57: EXPIRED LICENSE PLATES N LAKELAND BL Vehicle stopped for expired license plate. Driver found to have expired driver's license and active warrant with South Euclid Police. The male was arrested on his outstanding warrant and issued a Traffic Ticket. 12:24: KNUTH AV 0911A 14:01: KNUTH AV 510 ATTEMPTED MURDER-WILLFUL KILL-GUN Male reportedly shot another male in the right arm during an argument. 15:48: TREMAINE DR 7 Suspect pushed pregnant girlfriend, chased after her in her vehicle and slashed her tire as she tried to get away 15:58: EUCLID AV Unknown suspect(s) broke the glass to the front door :24: E 222 ST COUNTERFEITING (FREE TEXT) Arrested for outstanding warrants. The arrested male was then booked into the Cuyahoga County Jail in Euclid with (28) counterfeit $100 bills in US Paper Currency. 19:19: EUCLID AV Male threw a rock and broke out apartment window. 23:49: LAKELAND BL Male bothering a female patron in the lot found to have a confirmed local warrant.
