We would like to take this opportunity to share some information that we thought will be useful as you are planning for the event. Please take a moment to read before you start finalizing other plans and packing! Santa Clara Marriott 2700 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA Phone: Venue Information Driving directions: 5 miles from San Jose International Airport (SJC) Highway 101 North 4 miles to Great America Parkway Exit right to Mission College Boulevard Hotel is conveniently located on the Right 30 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Highway 101 South 26 miles to Great America Parkway Exit left to Mission College Boulevard Hotel is on the Right / Oakland OAK Hotel Direction - Highway 880 South - Right onto 237 West Exit Great America Parkway Left onto Mission College Boulevard Hotel is on the Right. 30 miles from Oakland International Airport (OAK): Highway 880 South 30 miles to Highway 237. West 4 miles to Great America Parkway. Left onto Great America Pkwy. Turn left on Mission College Boulevard to hotel entrance. IMRC Registration/Hotel Check-in IMRC 2018 registration will be open from 12:00 PM 6:00PM on Saturday, June 30. Location: Ram-Ram Sa Chowk (California Lobby map follows) Hotel check-in time: 4:00 PM Important: We will provide you wristbands during registration - all attendees are required to wear wristbands during the event. We will also provide personalized name badges to allow for better connecting and networking. 2

3 Hotel Entrance & Parking Info 1. Please refer to the map attached, follow red arrows shown in the map. This route is recommended for all IMRC guests coming in by private cars, taxis or ride shares. 2. Our fabulous Welcome Team will be receiving you between 12:00 6:00PM at the IMRC entrance. They can further guide you with your luggage, hotel checkin and registration process. 3. There will be yard signs posted on the road indicating IMRC entrance. We recommend not using the hotel s main entrance between 12:00 6:00PM. There is dedicated space for luggage in the California ballroom area or you may leave the luggage in your vehicle until you are ready to check-in. 3. Parking charges are at a discounted rate for all IMRC hotel guests. $4 per night will be automatically applied to the room for those parked, and your room keys can be used to get in and out as needed. 5. In case if you are not coming during our regular registration hours please proceed to Hotel Main Lobby and we will accommodate your registration next day morning. 3
