We are so glad you have chosen to be a part of one of our most exciting events, the Changing of the Colors Rally on CMA s Iron Mountain has been a blessed year in the ministry of CMA as we continue to go into the highways and byways shining the light of Jesus Christ to the motorcycling culture. This year s rally will be a celebration of all the Lord is doing through CMA members in local chapters and through Run for the Son all around the world. Our prayer is that you will experience the presence of the Spirit of God as you arrive on Iron Mountain and that you would be personally revived and refreshed to continue God s calling on your life. Make yourself at home, enjoy the rides and the hospitality of our National Leadership team, and most of all connect with Jesus while you are here. SHUTTLE SERVICE between Support Center and Iron Mountain ½ hour before and after morning & evening services. Pick up on Sunflower Lane in the Support Center campground. Pets must be controlled on a leash and are not permitted in buildings. Service animals acceptable. Pick up after your pet and be courteous of others by observing quiet times. Iron Mountain PLAYGROUND for ages 12 and younger. Open daily between services. Closed after dark. Parents, please help supervise your children to ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone. Daily Trash Pickup on IM. Leave your bagged camp trash on the main road, at the ends of the bike paths, at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily and a team will drive through to pick up. Thank you Grounds Crew! John Ogden Sr. CEO/Chairman of the Board IRON MOUNTAIN PARKING Handicap parking available at the Pavilion. Handicap drop offs are available by the glass doors. Motorcycle parking is by the Bell Cross Tower and next to the Pavilion. Trailer parking is beyond the BK RV camping. Please take your trailer as far back as possible. Trailers parked in vehicle parking areas will be moved. The main drive and the bike paths are for moving vehicles only. Please park so that traffic flow is not hindered. IRON MOUNTAIN RULES OF THE ROAD Obey all instructions from traffic directors. Use caution when riding on Iron Mountain. Be aware of children, animals, and pedestrians! Parking is restricted on the road and bike paths. North Exit onto Hwy 71 is for northbound travel only. Be careful entering and exiting Iron Mountain. IRON MOUNTAIN facility is no alcohol, no firearms, and outside-only smoking. Rules for the grounds are found in your registration packet and are available at the Info Booth. Please refer to this information on vehicles, trailers, road rules, camping, pets, and facility policies. Thank you! 3 Iron Mountain Pavilion Available Goodies TELL US YOUR STORY CMA wants to hear what God has done in your life through the ministry of CMA! In addition, we are looking for stories about ministering through Hospitality or Mechanical for the upcoming Gift Development Series. The Filming Station opens 30 minutes after evening services for one-half hour. Your personal stories of God s power at work will be encouraging to others and may be used in future projects. Please keep your story under two minutes and be ready to tell it in your own words without using notes. Filming located in the Pavilion next to the World Map. RUN FOR THE SON representatives are here from Open Doors, Missionary Ventures, and The JESUS Film Project. Visit with them and get information about these world-reaching ministries at their booths. RUN FOR THE SON FUNDRAISING Great opportunity to get ideas for your own fundraising projects! Visit CMA members in the pavilion where you can purchase items benefitting Run for the Son. Shared table space available on a first-come, firstserve basis, open to all CMA members for their projects with all proceeds going to Run for the Son. QUILTS for purchase or silent auction can be viewed on walls. BIKE WASH with Tom Stiglitz available all week, weather permitting, on Iron Mountain RUN FOR THE SON PACKETS Visit the RFS booth to order packets or pick-up pre-ordered chapter packets. Now available, download packets and brochures at INFORMATION BOOTH with local information and brochures, rally information, schedule of events, and volunteer sign-up. RECYCLING through Polk County Developmental Center-a local organization providing jobs for developmentally disabled adults. PARADE! Saturday 1:00 PM The community will be lining the highway as we ride from Iron Mountain to Mena. Staging begins at 12:30 at the main entrance. Parade begins at 1:00 PM. Bring a pair of socks for the Nursing Home Sock Drive! BIKE GAMES Saturday 1:30 PM Bring your lighthearted competitive spirit or your cheering skills and be prepared for some fun! VENDORS Concessions, patches & sewing, leather, M/C products and accessories, custom pin striping and murals, M/C trailers and campers! Open daily from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Check vendor booths for additional early morning or late evening hours. DOOR PRIZES Visit the vendors and have your Door Prize card validated for a daily drawing. The earlier you enter, the more opportunities to win! Drawing winners posted after each morning service in the vendor area where you turned your ticket in. 5 Rides Seminars by Title Rides Take a self-guided ride where you can tour the country, visit, and minister with the local community! DUAL SPORT RIDE Thursday 1:00 PM Get off the beaten path and ride the Ouachitas on a mixture of dirt and pavement. Self-guided departure from Limetree Inn. PROTECTIVE GEAR REQUIRED. Be fueled up and ready to go. *KIDZ FOR CHRIST services held during morning and evening sessions for ages 4-12 with Larry & Mary Sims. This interactive time is full of fun and learning about God s love and Jesus Christ. Music, puppets, and lessons will enrich your child and ignite their passion for the Gospel. Parents, please pick up your children immediately following the service in the Iron Mountain Room - Children s Chapel. FAST LANE SPORT BIKE RIDE Thursday 1:00 PM If you like twists, turns, and hills, this is the ride for you! Self-guided departure from Limetree Inn. PROTECTIVE GEAR REQUIRED. Be fueled up and ready to go! QUAD RIDE Saturday 12:30 PM Meet at Walmart at 12:15 for a 12:30 departure. Location to be determined based on conditions of trails. Ride length approximately 3 hours. Bring drinks, snacks, goggles and handkerchief in case of dust. (Self-guided riding opportunities available all week. Maps available at the Information Booth.) BIBLE BUDDIES area will be available during main services, in the Pavilion, for infants through age 4. Parents, please be available in the Pavilion in case you are needed. You are also welcome to stay and listen to the service while tending to your child. **YOUTH MOVEMENT services held during morning and evening sessions for ages 12 and older in the Youth Activities Center. High energy learning, Bible study, and worship. CHAPTER PRESIDENTS MEETING All chapter presidents are invited to a special discussion with the National Evangelist team.
