3 Who The Christian Leadership Conference at YMCA Camp Chandler is specifically designed to benefit all YMCA staff and volunteers, from every department within the Y (i.e. Childcare, Teens, Membership, Health and Wellness, Administrators, Sports, and Executive Directors as well as Senior Management level executives. When The CLC at Camp Chandler will be held September 9-11, 2016 Start Time: Friday, September 9 th Registration/Ice Cream Social from 6-7:30pm, Conference Starts at 7:30 Depart: Sunday, September 11 th by 11am Conference attendees are highly encouraged to stay for the entire weekend! Goals & Objectives To give staff tools to promote a strong Christian emphasis in their home branch. To inspire staff and encourage them in their love for the Lord. To feed each participant s fire for the Lord through their weekend experience. To build a network (community) of Christian focused YMCA staff members across the region.
