1 2019 NATIONAL CORVETTE CARAVAN NEW ENGLAND LABOR DAY EVERY FIVE YEARS August 22-31, 2019 Registration for New England Caravan is now open. Registration for the National Caravan open in the Spring of You must register for both to travel with the New England Caravan. About a year out, you will receive information for you to confirm your hotel rooms at each stop with a credit card. We Kick Off our Event from the Wyndham in Gettysburg, Pa. A convenient place for those of you attending Corvettes at Carlisle. These rooms are available August 21-25, Wednesday Sunday. You must stay 2 nights for our contract rate. We travel about 350 miles daily to the next destination so that you can enjoy this experience. Our large group will be broken up to cars that will travel together. From there we travel to Roanoke, VA for an overnight at the Sheraton on Sunday, August 25, 2019 Onto Kingsport TN and the Marriott Meadow View Resort on Monday, August 26. Then into Bowling Green and our Host hotel, the Holiday Inn/University Plaza. Tuesday thru Friday nights, August 27-31, Labor Day Weekend Depart Saturday 8/31 for your personal destination. Breakfast not included. This rate is good Wednesday Sunday if you want to arrive early and experience Corvettes at Carlisle which is 30 miles from the hotel. Our Registration will open on Thursday at the hotel. You will receive your Tote Bag, Route Book, Name tag. Depart Sunday, August 8:00 am in groups of cars for. Sheraton Roanoke (Virginia) Hotel & Conference Center, $129 + tax Breakfast is not included. Dinner Buffet in the Banquet Hall is included in registration. We will travel the Skyline Drive with an optional tour on our way, Shenandoah Caverns. Beer and Wine Tasting at Shula s Optional with a small charge

4 Depart Monday, August 26 morning for Marriott Meadow View Resort and Conf. Center, Kingsport, TN $139+ tax Breakfast not included. Dinner Buffet in the Banquet Hall is included in Registration. Weather permitting, we will ride the Back of the Dragon and stop at Bristol Motorsports, perhaps for track time (again, weather permitting) on our way to Bowling Green. Depart Tuesday morning for our destination. Our Host hotel while in Bowling Green KY is the Holiday Inn University Plaza/Sloan Center $169+ tax for a minimum 4-night stay. Breakfasts are not included. We have guaranteed rooms Tuesday Friday August 27 30, Saturday night is available for $169 also. On the way, the Museum will be delivering a box lunch to us on I65 at the Rest Area just over the TN/KY boarder. Upon arrival in Bowling Green, we will go directly to the NCM to pick up any merchandise you preordered. We will be unveiling our bench at the NCM shortly after our arrival and hope many of you stay to witness this and have your picture taken with us. Remember you have to register with us and the NCM. The NCM has a small nominal fee and their registration will open up about 1 year out from this event. Any plant tours and/or track time will be available from the NCM. Check in at the NCM site often to see what they are planning. Tuesday - Wine Tasting at the Hotel along with a buffet dinner in the Atrium. This will have a nominal fee and not included in your registration. Wednesday will be the New England Caravan Banquet Hawaiian Theme in the Sloan Center and is included in the Registration. Thursday- Dessert Night in the Hotel Atrium which will be held after the NCM Lifetime Members Dinner. Friday An optional Bus Tour of Nashville with a winery tour and lunch at the Arrington Vineyards. The cost - $60. PP for the tour and luncheon. This is also the evening of the NCM Annual Hall of Fame Dinner at the Sloan Center. The NCM will announce the nominees prior and this dinner is optional. Depart Saturday, August 31 for your personal destination or stay over until Sunday.

5 MEET AND GREETS Leading up to the 2019 Caravan The New England Caravan has a wonderful way for you to meet each other prior to traveling with the National Caravan. We hold Meet and Greets leading up to the event. Visit our web site and download the registration forms for these events. May 17-19, 2018 Thursday Sunday in Newport, RI at the Mainstay Hotel Three-night package excluding the cost of the hotel rooms is $410 a Couple $210 a Single. Thursday rooms are $70 Friday and Saturday rooms are $149 + taxes not included. Included in your registration is a Dinner Buffet Thursday evening at the hotel, Breakfast all three days, Friday morning Tour of Doris Dukes Mansion Rough Point - with lawn photo shoot then onto to a cruise to Fort Adams to visit the Volvo Ocean Race Village, Saturday there will be guided sightseeing Trolley Tour of Newport and Various Mansions. and a Saturday Dinner Dance at the Atlantic Resort. (Friday dinner on your own.) There will be an Optional 12 Meter Sail Friday evening. Separate cost - $90. No sailing experience required. Again, lots of Raffles, Apparel Sales and Surprises. Sept 14-16, 2018 Friday Sunday at the Commodores, in Stowe, VT This will be our final Meet and Greet for the 2019 New England Corvette Caravan. We ll be cruising some of the scenic roads of the Green Mountain State of Vermont where Practice makes Perfect in preparation for our 2019 Caravan. We will visit the Town of Stowe with its quaint beauty, unique shops and places of interest. We ll be lodging at the Commodores Inn. Details will follow. The New England Caravan Registration fee is refundable minus $15.00 up to 60 days prior to the start of the Event (August 25, 2019).
