Orrtanna, PA # Participants --- $ Amount Friday pm August 23 rd Gettysburg Battlefield Bus Tour $25.00 p/p Two hour narrated Air Conditioned Bus tour of the Battle of Gettysburg. Bus stops half way through For bathroom break and leg stretch. Buses will pick you up in front of the Wyndham hotel. Depart at 3:30 PM and return at 5:30 PM. Be in front of the hotel 15 minutes before departure. Saturday August 24th Corvettes at Carlisle One Day Saturday Pass - $ Register OPEN by phone Call and reference NE Caravan pre-registration cut off is July 24th 2019 Pass is for 1 Corvette and 1 or 2 people Saturday arrive by 9:00 am Park in Fun Field (Gate 3) We ll leave the hotel at 8:00 am to caravan over. Reserved area at Carlisle for New England Caravan Price includes Carlisle Goodie-Bag (T-shirt, dash plaque, etc.) pick up on the fairgrounds

3 # Participants---$Amount Saturday August 24th Kick off Banquet Wyndham Ballroom -$50.00 p/p 5:00 PM Cash Bar 6:00 PM Buffet Dinner 7:30 PM update on Caravan -Q & A Session Wyndham Room Raffle NCM Reserve Parking Raffle Pick up your New England Caravan Registration (tote bag, name tags, dash plaque, Commemorative Route book) and your National Corvette Museum Registration (name tag/lanyard, dash plaque, pin, participants decal) from 3:00 PM 6:00 PM lobby of Wyndham Registration pick up will also be available from 6:30 AM 8:00 AM Sunday Note: There is the Freedom Transit: ridethetrolley.com that leaves the Marriott Hotel right next to the Wyndham Every Day on the hour. Cost is $1.00 to ride. It will take you to the transfer station which is in downtown Gettysburg and from there you can travel to the Visitors Center, Outlet Center, etc. Look for the sign for pickup stops. All you ll need is dollar bill they don t make change. The bus holds 20 people. #Participants---$Amount Sunday August 25th Full Hot Breakfast Buffet in Ballroom 6:00 AM 8:30 AM $20.00 per person All Inclusive - Highly recommend because of our early departure. Some folks may leave as early as 7:00 AM to do Shenandoah Caverns. We should all be on the road by 8:30 AM you will receive a ticket upon check in at the hotel

4 Sunday August 25th Bagged Lunch Pick up in Wyndham lobby 6:00 AM 8:00 AM - $15.00 p/p Bagged Lunch includes sandwich, chips, apple and cookie take the complimentary bottle water from your room for your drink. You will receive a voucher when you pick up your room key at check in. Bag lunch is recommended. It s a full day of driving and you don t want to waste too much time in a restaurant. Quantity---$Amount Turkey Sandwich Ham Sandwich Veggie Sandwich Sunday August 25th Shenandoah Caverns - $20.00 per person SOLD OUT Virginia s only Cavern with elevator service easy walking tour - 1 hour 4 Tours available people per tour check in at the table located outside the main building at the top of the hill roped off parking for Corvettes 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM your preferred tour time SOLD OUT It is a 2 ½ hour ride (with a 10 minute bathroom break in VA rest stop) from Wyndham Hotel to Shenandoah Caverns 9:30 AM tours will need to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM. It is 4½ hours from the Caverns to Sheraton in Roanoke via of the Skyline Drive route. Need a Senior National Park Pass and ID to get onto Skyline Drive Parkway or pay $10.00 per person. The 11:00 AM tour people need to leave the caverns no later than 12:30 PM (or skip Skyline Drive and just head straight down 81). There are picnic tables at the caverns for your lunch break if you so choose to eat there.

5 Monday August 26th Bristol Motor Speedway Laps - one car/two people - $60.00 (price includes entrance fee into the infield) Laps and Entrance Lunch - Out of pocket at concession stand with the Media Center open for seating and viewing. Souvenir Shop will be open for business. All Corvettes will be parked in the infield for photo shoot. Entrance into speedway without doing laps is $10.00 per car Just Entrance you will not be able to enter the track while cars are running. The plan is to try to arrive together as much as possible. #Participants---$Amount Tuesday August 27th Wine Tasting $20-00 p/p Holiday Inn Atrium 5:30 pm with Cheese and Crackers Thursday August 29th Concert 6:00 PM and Fireworks at 8:00 PM the NCM. Free (part of you NCM registration fee) Friday August 30th Bus trip to Nashville to Country Music Hall of Fame - $50.00 p/p SOLD OUT Price included round trip bus transportation and ticket into Country Hall of Fame -Shopping and Bar Hopping and Lunch on your own. Buses will drop you off at the Country Music Hall of Fame and pick you up at (the bus driver will announce pick up area that day). Be at pick up area 15 minutes before 2:30 PM departure. Depart from Holiday Inn at 8:15 AM on Coach Buses and return back at the Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM Those that did not get a seat on the bus, we will be caravanning down in our Vettes behind the buses.
