On first-come, first-served bsis, dividul rnchers will be eligible for up to $350 to py for such thgs s fuel to hul wter or to pump groundwter. It will tke some time for true recovery from drought. Unfortuntely, some models predict L N wter future. This could men nor wek wter precipittion pttern, but only time will tell.
