The following is some useful informtion for your visit: Level of Service Te & Coffee mking Fcilities Free Internet Access Bed Linen & Towel provided You will hve ccess to shred kitchen fcilities which contin fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwve, toster nd kettle. We do not provide ny kitchen utensils, crockery or cutlery. You will shre ccess to these kitchen fcilities with other guests in the flt. Arrivl Plese pick up your room key from our reception desk fter 2.00pm on the dy of rrivl, the desk will be open from 9m to 8pm Mondy to Sundy nd is situted in the Reichel building. If you re rriving fter 8pm, you cn collect your key from the security lodge, which will be open 24hrs. If you re rriving before 2:00pm, the reception tem cn rrnge luggge storge. Deprture Time AM Your keys must be returned to reception by 9.30m on the dy of your deprture so our housekeeping tem cn prepre the room for the next guest. Use of Internet You re welcome to use the Internet connection with your own lptop. Plese contct site reception for vlid user nme nd pssword. You will need to red nd sign our cceptble use policy. Personl Possessions Plese do not leve ny personl items in the corridors or kitchen. Left property, ll clothing items will be disposed of, for ll other items we will mke every resonble effort to locte the owner nd return it. If we cnnot locte the owner nd n item is not reclimed within 3 months of deprture it will be disposed of. Smoking This is prohibited nywhere in the building nd 5 metres wy from entrnce hll. Lost Key Plese note there is non-refundble chrge for lost keys. Lundrette There re two on site, one locted ner the reception re nd the other locted opposite the Security lodge. Both re coin operted. Cr Prking Any vehicle prked on the University site must disply clerly vlid prking permit. A permit cn be collected with your room key from the reception desk when you rrive. Heting Arrngements The heting system is on timer in ll bedrooms. Before reporting problem with your heting, plese check tht the heter socket is switched on.
