5 Loading/Unloading Bay Loading and unloading goods/ exhibits/ building materials is strictly at the designated loading area. Only hand carried items are allowed through the main entrance/door. 2. 6 IDA Exhibition Services will be responsible for the overall setup and tear-down of exhibition booths. Please fill up the Annex A - Exhibition Manual and send to Mr. Louis Liew for your booth requirements not later than 15 October Exhibition Schedule Booth construction : 11 Nov 2018 Move-in (Ingress) : 12 November 2018 from 4pm 6pm, and 13 November at 7am - 08:45am Exhibition Date : November at 09:00am 5:00pm; 16 Nov at 09:00am 1:00pm Tear-down (Egress) : 16 November 2018 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm 5. Exhibition Regulations 5.1 Use of Booth Exhibitors may decorate the booth provided they do not cause damages to the structure and/or equipment provided. Exhibitors may display and decorate within the booth area only. The exhibitor must complete the decoration, move in and tear-down within the time frame stipulated. On booth backdrop, it is recommended that exhibitors use either Velcro tape, acrylic (clear) adhesive tape and/or hang-up only. The normal foam double sided tape can also be used. If needed, the contractor can assist to setup the backdrops. NO THUMB TACKS, SCREWS, NAILS or HEAVY INDUSTRIAL GLUE OR ADHESIVE TAPES should be used. 5.2 Security The exhibition venue is located in an area with public access. Hence, exhibitors are advised not to leave valuables at the booth during and after the exhibition hours. The safety of exhibited goods is the sole responsibility of the exhibitors. 5.3 Cleanliness Exhibitors shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the booth at all times. Rubbish is to be disposed of at the designated place/s only. 5.4 Damages Exhibitors shall be liable for damage/s to any part of the exhibition ground, booth or walls. The exhibitors are also refrained from painting, nailing anything to the booth, floor, pillars or walls. 5.5 Power connection Exhibitors may order additional power supply for spotlight, equipment/machinery, etc. External extension power socket is prohibited. Any damages to the power circuit and extension provided by organizer due to power overload will be charged at a minimum of RM 150. See Annex A Exhibition Manual for the specs and order form. 5.5 Outside Food and Beverages The BCCK is the exclusive supplier of food and beverages throughout the conference. No outside food and beverage may be brought into the Exhibition hall and served on stands without the prior approval 6

7 from the BCCK. The Centre reserves the right to remove any food not authorized by the Centre. Should you require outside catering, kindly fill in the Centre s Disclaimer Form and submit for approval. 6.
