The Exhibit Maagemet (GBMP) reserves the right to make such modificatios as may be ecessary to meet the eeds of the exhibitors, the coferece program, or safety regulatios. 2. CANCELLATION OF SHOW I the evet that fire, strike or other circumstaces beyod the cotrol of the Exhibit Maagemet (GBMP) cause the coferece or the exhibits or sposored evets to be cacelled, full refud of retal fee will be made. 3. CANCELLATION OF EXHIBIT I the evet that writte otificatio of itet to cacel the exhibit cotract is received by the middle of July 2018, (GBMP, 60 Austi Street #102, Newto MA or LGlikes@gbmp.org), the exhibitor fees paid by the exhibitors will be refuded, less a $300 service charge. No refuds will be give after mid July, FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS All local regulatios will be strictly eforced, ad the exhibitor shall meet ad observe all such regulatios ad assume all resposibility for compliace with them. All exhibits shall be to serve the iterests of the participats of the Northeast Lea Coferece Coferece, shall be operated i a way that will ot detract from other exhibits, ad shall be arraged so that they do ot obstruct the geeral view, or hide other exhibits. Coferece maagemet reserves the right to require the immediate withdrawal of ay exhibit, which it believes to be offesive or ijurious to the purpose of the evet/gbmp. 6. INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS All istallatio ad dismatlig of exhibits must be carried out durig the time idicated i the accompayig exhibit iformatio. RICC Exhibitor Services is the exclusive provider of labor for istallatio ad dismatlig of the exhibits. 7. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF SPACE No exhibitor shall sublet, assig, or share ay part of the space allocated without the writte coset of coferece maagemet. Solicitatios, demostratios, sigs ad related activities ad materials must be carried out withi the bouds of their respective booths. Operatio of soud devices is allowed if the exhibitor complies with restrictios of loud music. The exhibitor must surreder space occupied i the same coditio it was at the time of occupatio. 8. EXPOSITION SERVICES. Coferece Maagemet has hired RICC Exhibitor Services to act as the sole exhibit service compay of the Northeast Lea Coferece. Coferece Maagemet is i o way resposible for the dealigs betwee the service compay maagemet, floor maager, ad the exhibitors. 9. LABOR RICC Exhibitor Services is the exclusive provider of labor for this evet. Iformatio regardig specific regulatios that are applicable may be obtaied from the exhibit service compay. 10. DRAYAGE All shipmets of exhibit materials must be made to the official drayage compay as idicated i the exhibitor service kit. 11. LIABILITY The exhibitor assumes full resposibility ad liability for damages to persos or property coected with the exhibitor s display or caused by the exhibitor s agets or employees. Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless, idemify ad defed the GBMP ad the Rhode Islad Covetio Ceter ad their respective employees ad agets agaist ay claims or expeses arisig out of the use of the exhibitio. 12. SECURITY Coferece maagemet will provide a security service durig the time the exhibits are ot ope ad the hotel will secure the exhibit area durig the time that the exhibits are ope. However, providig such security shall ot be costrued to be ay assumptio of obligatio or duty with respect to the protectio of the property of exhibitors, which shall at all times remai i the sole possessio ad custody of each exhibitor ad shall be the sole resposibility of each exhibitor. 13. NON DISCRIMINATION GBMP will ot kowigly accept exhibits or advertisemets that discrimiate o the basis of race, color, sex, religio or creed, atioal origi, sexual orietatio, disability or age
