The passage ticket issued by the carrier is the sole cotract betwee the participat ad the carrier. Nor will AAA or AAPU ad/or their agets be resposible for loss, ijury, damages or expeses to persos or property, due to illess, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of ature or other such causes i coectio with The Program or aythig beyod their reasoable cotrol. AAA is ot resposible for trasportatio or other program delays ad chages, or additioal expeses or loss of time that may be icurred. I the evet it becomes ecessary or advisable for the comfort or well-beig of the participats, or for ay reaso whatsoever, to alter the itierary at ay time, without otice to the participats, such alteratios will be made without pealty to AAA or AAPU. AAA ad AAPU reserve the right to accept or declie ay perso as a participat at ay time, or to require ay participat to withdraw from The Program at their ow expese whe such a actio is determied by AAA or AAPU to be i the best iterest of the participat s health ad safety, or the geeral welfare of the other participats. CANCELLATION POLICY AAA must strictly adhere to its cacellatio policy to offset costs icurred prior to the commecemet of The Program, which may iclude but are ot limited to: advace paymets to lad operators; commuicatio expeses; developmet ad the loss of time that might have permitted resale of reserved space. All cacellatios must be made i writig to the offices of AAA ad are subject to a $500 o-refudable admiistrative fee. All refuds are limited to amouts actually received by AAA ad are the sole resposibility of AAA; AAPU shall have o liability for refuds. At the time AAA receives writte otificatio of cacellatio, the followig cacellatio charges will apply: o refuds will be give for cacellatios received withi 60 days of departure. No refuds are give for cacellatio o or after the day of departure, or for uused portios of the tour, for ay reaso. Air cacellatio charges, if ay, will be assessed i accordace with airlie regulatios. All group fare tickets must be issued o less tha 30 days prior to departure. NOTE: Neither AAA or AAPU shall be liable for ay airlie cacellatio pealties icurred by the purchase of a o-refudable ticket. I the case of a cacellatio due to shortage of participats, AAA will attempt to otify all participats at least 45 days prior to departure. However, AAA reserves the right to cacel The Program prior to departure for ay reaso ad, i such case, reimbursemet of refudable costs of the trip by AAA shall costitute full settlemet with the participat. I the ulikely evet that a dispute arises betwee a participat ad AAA or AAPU, the followig coditios will apply: (a) the dispute will be settled by bidig arbitratio admiistered by the America Arbitratio Associatio i New York, NY; (b) the dispute will be govered by New York Law; (c) the maximum amout of recovery to which a participat shall be etitled uder ay ad all circumstaces will be the sum of all moies actually received from the participat by AAA. The participat agrees that this is a fair ad reasoable limitatio o the damages, of ay sort whatsoever, that a participat may suffer.
