2 You are cordially invited to attend the 48 th Annual Meeting & Conference of the AAA-CPA taking place onboard the Enchantment of the Seas, Royal Caribbean Cruise setting sail from Baltimore, MD, June 25-30, Pre-Cruise Hotel Accommodations Hotel: Embassy Suites Hotel Baltimore At BWI Airport 1300 Concourse Drive Linthicum, MD Phone: (410) The AAA-CPA has reserved a SMALL block of hotel rooms the evening prior to sailing. It is suggested that members traveling from the mid-west and west cost come in the night before to make sure there are no issues the day of arrival. The cruise will not wait for late comers. We suggest making reservations as soon as possible. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival. The AAA-CPA has negotiated a rate of $119 for suites. The Embassy Suites will only guarantee our room rate until June 3, Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at the number above or check the box to the left and one will be made for you. For those who wish to spend additional time at the hotel, our discounted rates will be honored 1 day pre and post based on availability. The above rates include a Manager s Reception on Friday evening and a full service hot breakfast on Saturday morning. Cruise to Bermuda Information: The AAA-CPA will be sailing to Bermuda from Baltimore. Our cruise ship has many features that will interest all ages. The ship features specialty coffee house featuring Seattle s Best Coffee; Latin-theme lounge, rock-climbing wall, Casino, themed bars and lounges, open atrium featuring shopping and more, solarium for indoor/outdoor pool, Adventure Ocean youth facilities, day spa and fitness center. Our ship capacity is 2,446 and first sailed in July of Bermuda Tourism Website: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Website: CPE & CLE/MCLE: This program will provide 10 hours of CPE and CLE/MCLE on a 50-minute hour track and 8 CLE/MCLE on a 60-minute hour track. We are offering limited education hours in order for our members to take full advantage of the activities onboard and while visiting Bermuda. Please note that the education program and schedule is tentative and subject to change. Travel: Getting to and from Baltimore (BWI airport) is extremely easy from across the county. Over twenty commercial airlines fly into the Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) on a daily basis. Baltimore is also a major stop for Amtrak. o matter how you arrive in Baltimore, you'll find that there are plenty of modes of transportation within the city. If you fly in and are staying at the host hotel, there will be a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. onstop Flights: There are nonstop flights to and from nearly 30 cities in the United States. Airlines that serve BWI include: American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, orthwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and US Airlines. The AAA-CPA will be working on discount transportation to the Port for those staying at the hotel and further details will be provided in the coming months. Parking at the port is incredibly easy and you will literally be at the ship s front door. Passenger Vehicles and SUVs are able to park for $15 per/cruise night and parking is payable upon arrival by credit card, cash or traveler s checks.
