Exceptions: Other Point of Sale fares commissionable at 0%. d) No PTA fares permitted e) In the event of attempts to use out of sequence coupons a special reissuance fee of US200 will be imposed. f) An administration fee of US50 applies to any economy class passenger (excluding published interlinable economy class fares) who requires any service from SQ Ticket Office, either face to face or by phone. a) Any changes made to the first outbound sector that do not require change of seasonality nor change of RB despite being beyond the period of sale, the change is permitted as per applicable charges. b) Any changes made to the first outbound sector outside of current ticket seasonality and/or there is a change to the RB and the changes are made outside the period of the sale. The ticket needs to be reassessed to the next available current fare in the market at the time of the change. a) CL tickets before departure refunds are subject to a cancellation fee; after travel has commenced refunds are not permitted.
