VALIDITY: Tickets Sale/ Issue: on/after 01 May 2016 Ex-SIN Travel: on/after 01 May GENERAL CONDITIONS: 2.1 Fares listed are nett in Singapore dollars (to be converted to Malaysian Ringgit based on weekly system BSR) and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges and etc. Note: Documentation fee is not applicable. 2 Page 2 of TICKETING CONDITIONS: 3.1 Reservations / Ticketing: For all fares listed except those with fare basis ROJB, RJB, FOJB, FJB, ZOJB, ZOJBJV, ZNJB, ZJB, ZJBJV, SOJB, SOJBJV,, JV, YOJB, YOJBJV, and JV reservations must be confirmed prior to ticketing. Tickets must be issued with confirmed reservations (OK status) Advance Purchase is required for selected UNJB, H, HJV, HNJB, Q, QJV, QNJB, N, NJV And NNJB round trip fares only. Tickets must be issued before travel per the table below. Once ticket is issued and if passenger rebooks flights, the advance purchase condition still applies. Surface break between 2 stopover points is not permitted for any fare. Exception: For fares to North and South America, stopovers in BCN, FRA, HKG, MOW, SEL and TYO are permitted at a surcharge of SGD200 for each stop. Child/ Infant occupying seat: 75% of the applicable surcharge will apply. For fares to WLG, stopovers in CBR are permitted at a surcharge of SGD100 for each stop. Child/Infant occupying seat: 75% of the applicable surcharge will apply. 3.5 Transfers: Permitted for all fares. Exception: For fares to North and South America, transfers in BCN, FRA, HKG, MOW, SEL and TYO are permitted at a surcharge of SGD200 for each transfer. Child/ Infant occupying seat: 75% of the applicable surcharge will apply.

Please refer to Table A for permitted fare basis combinations. The fare basis used for respective sectors must be reflected on the ticket. Apply ½ of each round-trip fares based on the applicable booking class ,,,, and fares may only be combined on a ½ round trip basis between SELECTED SQ destinations to form turnaround open jaw journeys. Please refer to Table B1 for permitted fare basis combinations and Table C for the selected SQ destinations. The fare basis used for respective sectors must be reflected on the ticket. Apply ½ of each round-trip fares based on the applicable booking class. Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met. At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met. Cancellation/ Refund: Totally unused tickets: a cancellation fee of USD150 will apply. Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed less the cancellation fee of USD150.

9 Page 9 of For HNJB, H and HJV fares: Rebooking: Date change is permitted at a fee of USD20 per case and re-issuance of e-ticket to reflect the change is required. The change fee of USD20 is to be indicated in the OB tax code of the reissued e-tickets. Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted at a fee of USD20 per case within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met. At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met. Cancellation/ Refund: Totally unused tickets: a cancellation fee of USD150 will apply. Partially unused tickets: Non Refundable For QOJB, QNJB, Q, QJV, N and NJV and NNJB fares: Rebooking: Date change is permitted at a fee of USD50 per case and re-issuance of e-ticket to reflect the change is required. The change fee of USD50 is to be indicated in the OB tax code of the reissued e-tickets. Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted at a fee of USD50 per case within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met. At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met. Cancellation/ Refund: Not permitted for totally or partially unused tickets No-show: In all cases of reissue, reroute and refund, proof of cancellation for the confirmed reservations of original E tickets must be submitted (through BSP). Otherwise, the following no-show fees will be applicable per sector. Suites / First Class - USD 300 Business Class - USD 200 Premium Economy - USD 100 Economy Class - USD 100 Note: For any changes and cancellation, stricter fares condition will apply for the entire journey. 3.9 Child / Infant discounts: Suites and First Class: Accompanied Child / Infant occupying a seat: 100% of the applicable Adult fare. Infant not occupying a seat: 10% of the applicable Adult fare. Unaccompanied Child: 100% of the applicable Adult fare Business Class: Accompanied Child/ Infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable Adult fare. Infant not occupying a seat: 10% of the applicable Adult fare. Unaccompanied Child: 100% of the applicable Adult fare Premium Economy / Economy Class: Accompanied Child / Infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare. Infant not occupying a seat: System pricing will be applicable. Unaccompanied Child: 100% of the applicable Adult fare.
