Ticket stock depends on the outbound flight number used. MNL/CEB - HKG on CX flights, use CX ticket Stock (160) / CRK- HKG on KA flights, use KA ticket Stock (043). 2. Other taxes, service, insurance charges are not included. 3. Always indicate dates applicable on the NVB-NVA field otherwise ticket may be suspended and ADM shall be imposed. 4. One way CX Nett fares are valid vice versa, as long as it is issued in conjunction with an unused valid out PH ticket issued in the Philippines. Conjunction ticket must be inputted in the Endorsement Box, failure to do so will result to ADM of full published oneway fare. Split ticketing of nett fares is strictly not allowed except for itineraries with International surface restrictions. 5. Fares are subject to specific fare rules listed in this faresheet. 6. All tickets must reflect correct tourcode and endorsement restrictions found in the Fare Rule Summary. Failure to reflect details may result to ADM. 7. Mixed fare combinations within this faresheet allowed or selected promo fares based on half roundtrip provided both fares have the same min/max validity. Most restricted fare rule shall apply. If fares to be combined with promo, apply manual pricing - most restricted condition applies. 8. Long Haul fares are not allowed to stopover in Hong Kong on the outbound journey. Stopover on the return is allowed FOC just collect HKG tax. 9. Short Haul fares are not allowed to stopover in Hong Kong on the outbound journey except for booking classes L / M / K / R / I / D / C subject to HKG stopover surcharge. Stopver on the return is allowed FOC just collect HKG tax. 10. No commission for ex-ph gross/published and offline gross/published fares. 11. For itineraries involving other airlines (AA, BA, SA, etc.) rates are valid on through published fare only. 3 1. HONG KONG STOPOVER RULE GUIDELINES ON ISSUING MNLCX/KA GENERAL FARES HKG STOPOVER is defined as a passenger stopping in HKG for more than 24HRS. Should a passenger stop in HKG less than 24HRS, even if the calendar date of travel changes, it is still considered as transit. However, the HK tax (HKD120) should be collected if there is a change in calendar date when transiting. Passengers exempted from tax collection are those transiting with immediate connection and will not pass through immigration even if the calendar date of travel changes. Change of itinerary from transit to stopover (and vice versa) is considered as rerouting, therefore rerouting fee applies. Note: HKG Stopover condition can be viewed under the Fare Rule Summary of each Fare 2. COMBINATION OF NETT FARES a. Roundtrip Fare Application Roundtrip fare is used for open jaw routes within the same fare box or group because rates are common rated across grouped cities. Normally, roundtrip fare is applied when combination of cities are bearing the same RBD. For ex-ph fares, roundtrip fare may be applied for exceb / return MNL or CRK vv provided they are within the same fare box and having the same RBD. e.g. MNL x HKG LAX HKG CEB on K cls or MNL x HKG SYD // MEL HKG MNL on D cls all the way b. Half Roundtrip Fare Application Half roundtrip fare computation is allowed for combination of fares within the same validity on the following cases: (1) Open jaw or roundtrip routes having different class of service per way (w/ same min/max stay) (2) Open jaw or roundtrip routes having different booking class (w/ same validity) (3) Open jaw routes involving different cities and/or different zones under Beyond gateway add on (4) Open jaw or roundtrip routes from different faresheet (eg CX General Fares + CX/CA/CZ/MU Fares) Half roundtrip may also be applied for combination of MNLCX General fares and other nett fares (ie CEBCX General Fares, Promo fares etc unless specified as not permitted). For such combination, please apply manual pricing due to autoprice limitation. Most restricted condition applies, reflect both tourcode. Split ticketing is strictly not allowed. c. One way + Gross Fare Application (Applicable for CX/KA routes only) Fares can be combined with gross/published fares in case other booking classes with applicable nett fares are not available. This may also be applied if the passenger wants to stop in HKG outbound for business class (Must issue split since restriction of the much restricted fare will apply). Rate is computed by getting the gross fare for the entire itinerary. Finding the fare break point to get the corresponding one way published fare. Then add the one way nett fare for the different direction. Note that tourcode for this combination must bear the one way nett tourcode applied plus the alpha numeric tourcode of the one way published fare used. This application is valid only on roundtrip CX/KA itinerary. 10 MANDATORY ELEMENTS IN A TICKET Fare Calculation The fare ladder in NUC that matches the required Fare Basis specified in the fare sheet. Extra space may reflect the breakdown of XT tax and/or additional restrictions that do not fit in the endorsements/restrictions and tourcode box. Fare basis If ticket is auto priced, follow fare basis reflected in the system. If manual pricing, follow fare basis applicable for manual pricing under fare rules section of the fare sheet. Fare Box The published fare reflected in the currency of the itinerary s country of origin, which is equivalent to the fare ladder s total NUC. It may further be converted in USD depending on the payment. For autopriced ticket, IT is reflected. Form of Payment The mode of payment. The two-letter code MS is a must prior to the input of the usual mode of payment, and all other mandatory free text should be indicated after. In the case of Corporate fares, the BCODE (BCODE280xxxxZ) must be indicated after the mode of payment. i.e. MSCASH, MSCHEQUEAGT , MSCASHBCODE Z Original Issue Reflected only in the case of a re-issuance a. 11 ACCEPTABLE SCENARIOS FOR E-TICKET EXCHANGE Ticket reissuance on totally or partially used ticket can be done by the agent only on the following scenarios: a. Change of itinerary (subject to fare terms and conditions) This includes rebooking, validity extension, change of seasonality, and rerouting such as stopover in HKG or additional stopover points and change of destination/s. This includes change of itinerary from stopover to transit. b. Class Upsell or Upgrade (subject to fare terms and conditions) Class upsell pertains to a change to a higher booking class within the same cabin. Upgrade pertains to a change to a higher class of service / different cabin (eg Economy to PEY or PEY to Business). Note: Downgrade on booking subclass or class of service is strictly not allowed. Agent may refund ticket, and issue new one or re-issue ticket without refund value subject to rebooking fees. c. Change of passenger names (pertaining to the same passenger with correction on name) This refers to misspelled names or wrong titles. Refer to Self e-ticket reissuance guideline for details. Unless indicated otherwise, the awards in the table apply to round-trip flights. Upgrade Awards are not available on any codeshare flights. Mixed class and mixed carrier awards do not apply to class upgrades and companion tickets.
