2 Transfer and Private Car Supplement Transfer between airport and hotel is provided by Vigor Shuttle Service. Upon arrival, please contact Vigor at HKIA Counter B04, Arrival Hall, Terminal 1 by presenting the boarding card and E-ticket. 3 Refund In addition to the cancellation fee/no show fee there will be an administration fee of USD100 per passenger. There will be no refund for unused accommodation, transfer between airport and hotel, breakfast, hotel's added benefits. Any refund application must be made within 3 months of the original check-in date at the hotel.
