Your kind efforts to market the code share flights are much appreciated. Remarkets: Passengers should be clearly informed that the flight code share and illuminated of the operating carrier. Upgrading & waiting list ticket not permitted. Free/reduced tickets should be only booked on operating carrier. There are some requests which restricted and should be booked directly on the operating carrier depending on the required service e.g.: STRETCHER CASE MADA, PETC, AVIH and WAITING LIST. When special service (SSR) requested. It is highly recommended to ensure required service reflected in the PNR and confirmed on the operating carrier.
