Agent commission is 0%. a) E-TICKET CHANGES - E-ticket name changes are not permitted, E-tickets must be cancelled, refunded and a new ticket purchased. If a name change is required on day of departure a fee of NZD300 per ticket will be charged. Refund of ticket due name change is subject to a fee of USD50 per ticket. b) NO SHOW CHARGES - No-showing for a flight will result in auto-suspension of the customer s ET, requiring collection of the charge before the ET can be reissued for another flight or refunded. c) Exception: tickets requiring reissue by SQ Ticket Office are subject to a service fee of USD50 per ticket. d) The charges do not apply to infant without a seat. Service fee of USD50 applies. - Unaccompanied children aged 0 to 7 years: not permitted. - Unaccompanied minors are permitted on SQ operated services only. b) INFANTS: Accompanied aged under 2 years, occupying a seat - Economy Class; charge 75% of applicable adult fare. Fare basis is followed with: /CH Business Class; charge 75% of applicable adult fare. First Class & Suites, charge 100% of applicable adult fare. Accompanied aged under 2 years, and not occupying a seat: charge 10% of the applicable adult fare. Fare basis is followed with: /IN. The ticket needs to be reassessed to the next available current fare in the market at the time of the change. a) W,H,M class tickets before departure refunds are subject to a cancellation fee; after travel has commenced refunds are permitted from USD150. Infants nil fee, exception where infant occupies a seat. b) E,B,Y,D,U,J,C,Z,A,F,R class tickets after issuance, refunds will be based on the re-assessed fare for the journey travelled, based on fare available at time of purchase and will be subject to a cancellation fee. Infants nil fee, exception where infant occupies a seat. c) In case of ticket upgrade, the original non-refundable amount remains non-refundable. Downgrade to a lower RBD will incur a cancellation penalty as per the fare conditions of original RBD.
