1 ЮМПЗ Україна (2012) Обіжник КПС Австралії ч.2 (18 грудня 2011) Dear Plastuny and Parents, ЮМПЗ Україна will take place in August 2012 and finalise the celebrations for 100 years of Plast. The ЮМПЗ is broken into 2 etaps: Etap 1 (10-18 August) is made up of various tabory across Україна for УПН, УПЮ, УСП and мандрівки (tours) for УСП / пластприят Етап 2 (19 25 August) is a зустріч for all in Lviv, based at the Ukrainian Catholic University which is situated in the suburbs of Lviv, with various activities in and around Lviv. Participants can take part in either or both etaps. REGISTRATIONS (UPN / UPY / Vykhovnyky) KPS Australia has received and forwarded to Ukraina registrations for: 1 x UPN 13 x UPY 13 x USP (as vykhovnyky) 2 x UPS The deadline has since been extended and registrations will be accepted for UPN/UPY/Vykhovnyky until 20 January 2012 (submitted via KPS Australia). As soon as tabir allocations are known, we will advise those who have already registered. REGISTRATIONS (USP / UPS / Plast Pryat) The cut-off for registrations for starshi plastuny / seniory / plast pryat wanting to take part in the Mandrivky-tours is 20 January See attached information for details. All applications are to submitted via KPS Australia. Those wishing to participate in just the ЮМПЗ part (i.e. second week August) must also register via KPS Australia by 20 January 2012.

Deposits for flights will be paid in late January, 2012 therefore the cutoff to be included in the group flights and payment of the initial instalment is 20 January Please note that a parent/guardian must travel with members of УПН. Members of УПЮ will be accompanied by Australian виховники at all times, however parents/guardians may also accompany the group if desired. The exact cost applicable will be determined on a case by case basis depending on when and where you join up with and leave the main group, whether you need a visa etc. In this case, an instalment of $500 to cover tabir registration and group t-shirt will be required together with your registration by 20 January 2012 (submitted via KPS Australia). Limited accommodation is available in the grounds of the УКУ at additional cost. Alternatively participants can organise their own hotel or apartment to stay in.
