15 I was traveling N on SR 25, stopped at Craig Dr. I observed a black sedan turn from Craig Dr to NB SR 25. The vehicle appeared to be traveling at a high rate of speed. It turned to travel N on SR 25, in doing so it straddled the center line of the North bound lanes by half a car length. The vehicle then merged back into the curb lane without signaling, continued NB, merged into the passing lane without signaling, and then stopped at the red light at W South Boundary St. I proceeded to get behind the vehicle. We received a green light and the vehicle rapidly accelerated to approximately 60 mph in the 40 mph speed limit area. The vehicle then drove left of the left fog line near the access drive to Ed Schmidt. I then initiated a traffic stop. I advised the driver, Mr. Seach, of the many violations that had happened. Mr. Seach stated he was sorry, lost, and did not know the speed limit. Mr. Seach was warned for the failure to signal, speed, and cited for the marked lanes violation.
