13 Departures/Arrivals F Departures/Arrivals F is located close to Terminal 2 and comprises three departure and two arrivals sections. F has a range of service facilities and retail stores, including a duty free/travel Value shop and a snack bar; F also has its own customs office. Moving walkways connect F to Terminal 1 (area A), the Central (the car rental center), and Terminal 2. Note: To enter F, you require a valid airline ticket. Cars can be parked at the nearby underground and multistory parking garages. Meeters and greeters can wait for arriving passengers in the pavilion in front of F. Flight arrival and departure times are displayed on monitors in the pavilion. In F, taxis can be called free of charge. 30 Visitors ark Airport tours The Visitors ark has a number of highlights, including a free airport exhibition in the Visitors Center, a souvenir shop, the Ikarus restaurant, historic aircraft, and a hilltop viewing platform offering an excellent view of the airport campus, apron, and runways. The 800-square-meter visitors terrace is located on level 07 in Terminal 2. From here, visitors have an excellent view of both runways as well as the east apron. Telescopes are available for an even closer look at airport operations. Access to the terrace is via the Skywalk, an enclosed glass bridge running through the terminal building from level 0.
