A new access, new spine road and new vehicle bridge will be provided, with services and utilities delivered into the bellmouths of each parcel for the housebuilder to connect to. Planning Outline planning permission 17/02624/OUT for up to 320 dwellings including a new bridge across the River Don was granted on 20th November All detailed matters were reserved except access (from Langsett Road North). A Section 106 Agreement requires financial contributions towards off-site affordable housing, education, bus stop, TRO and travel plan monitoring. No affordable housing is required to be delivered on the site. The relevant pre-commencement conditions on outline planning permission 17/02624/OUT have been discharged to allow the advanced infrastructure and enabling works to proceed without the need for a reserved matters approval.
