2 #1 Cleveland, Ohio Cleveland Rocks, and so will you on this Overnight trip! Expect an evening at the theater to see School of Rock, including a back-stage tour! We ll be visiting the Natural History Museum, shopping at the Cavs and Indians Team stores. Rounding out our trip, we will have dinner at the German Hofbrauhaus. March15-16, 2019 TICKET: $750; due in full at registration Come join us for a Boot Scootin lunch at the Wild Horse Saloon, take a tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame, and venture into an old southern mansion. We ll keep the excitement going with a performance at the Grand Ole Opry, plus a stay at the Opryland hotel for shopping, and enjoy lunch and a ride on the indoor Delta River. March 31- April 3, 2019 TICKET:$2,950; DEPOSIT: $1,250 #2 Nashville, TN #3 Universal Studios Back by popular demand, we are heading back to Orlando in 2019! For the spring, we ll be bound for Universal Studios! Visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade Adventures. Along the way, we will stop by the Shipshewana Flea market for food and shopping. Once we arrive in the windy city, we will visit the Field Museum, Navy Pier, do some shopping on the Miracle Mile, visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, Grant Park and Buckingham Fountain. 4 #7 Columbus, Ohio We are heading to Columbus for some football! After heading down and spending a relaxing night in Columbus, we ll enjoy a Tailgate Party before rooting on the Buckeyes at an Ohio State football game. September,2019 TICKET: $900 Full Payment due at registration We ll be blasting off to SPACE CAMP in Hunstville, Alabama, the 2nd largest research park in America! Come and experience the training techniques of the NASA astronaut program with a variety of hands-on training activities to make you feel that you are ready to launch into space as a NASA astronaut! September, 2019 TICKET: $2,950 Deposit: $1,500 #8 SPACE CAMP! #9 Lancaster, Come with us to experience the beauty of the Fall foliage as we travel through Amish Country on our motorcoach tour. Our stops will include shopping at Country Kettle Village, visiting a pretzel factory and learning how to make your own, and enjoying a performance at the Sight and Sound Theater and more! 5 #10 Disney World/ Star Wars We blast back to Orlando in the Fall to enjoy the newly unveiled Star Wars experience and visit Mickey and all the old friends as well. There will be lots of time for fun and shopping in the parks and at Downtown Disney! November 11-14, 2019 TICKET: $3,500 DEPOSIT: $1,500 Christmas time is here, and we re bringing the stars to you! Come spend a weekend with your friends in a warm lodge. We ll have a pizza party, enjoy the Wheeling Jamboree Musical Christmas show, Oglebay Zoo, shop at Spiedel, visit the twinkling stars of the Oglebay Holiday Lights, and of course a stop at Mehlman s Cafeteria! 6 Your Ticket Includes: 1:3 chaperone to participant ratio All meals All transportation while traveling Baggage fees for one suitcase for flights All lodging Trip activities A photo book Your Ticket does Not Include: Transportation to our Canton or Akron drop off Souvenirs (be sure to bring your own spending money) Wheelchair Rental Activity choices are subject to modification, due to ticket availability, and changes imposed by the venues. As always, we will offer you as many fun choices as possible. If you require a wheelchair, walker, more supervision than a 1:3 ratio, oxygen, need to room with a chaperone, or any other accommodations, our reservationist requires we give them at least six months notice. If you or someone you know is interested in a trip, please call us ASAP to start the registration process. We do not take travelers on a plane for their first trip. You must travel with us on a bus trip first. See back page for reservation changes policy. A Important Trip Info: Perks and Services: If you have family or friends in the city we are visiting, let us know and we will do our best to arrange a meal or meeting with them. ATTN Agencies: If your agency has 3 people attending a trip, you may bring your own staff as a chaperone, and we will cover the travel expenses for that staff.

7 Registration Process: 1. Choose a trip or trips that you would like to take. 2. Send in the registration page and a copy of your state ID. (Information on where to send paperwork on back page). If you are new 3. Send in your ISP (Individual Service Plan). 4. Someone from BOB will call to set up a time to meet you! 5. You will receive a packet of information and paperwork. Fill out and send in all required paperwork ASAP! 6. Pay in full or pay deposit to secure your reservation. We will invoice you for the remaining if the deposit is paid. 7. Attend a scheduled trip meeting if you are taking a flight with us. 8. For travelers who require assistance with meds, send in a MAR for the month of each trip. 9. Take your vacation!!! If you have traveled with us before 3. Someone from BOB will contact you to let you know we received your registration. We will send you an updated social history. 4. Pay in full or pay deposit to secure your reservation. We will invoice you for the remaining if a deposit is paid. 5. Attend a scheduled trip meeting if you are taking a flight with us. 6. For travelers who require assistance with meds, send in a MAR for the month of each trip. 7. Take your vacation!!! A note from our nurse If our BOB-supplied nurse will be administering medication while on a trip, please send the MAR that corresponds with the month the participant is traveling. Please, also send any special PRN medications such as allergy meds. We ask that you pack one extra day s meds in case we encounter some unforeseen delays arriving home.

If you notify us after the date final payments are due, there will be an administrative fee and possible reservation cancelation fee.
