2 2017 NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE This summer, FCCLA members from across the country will gather in Nashville to network with fellow members, attend FCCLA program workshops and leadership sessions, and compete in STAR Events. While in Nashville, take some time to explore Music City and take part in some of our exciting events, tours, and career explorations. These tour options are provided by National FCCLA and can be purchased along with your conference registration in the FCCLA Portal. Get your boots and hat ready to take in all that Nashville has to offer! See you there! NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE OFFICIAL TOURS FCCLA offers a variety of tour options during the National Leadership Conference. When planning your travel, please leave plenty of time between your anticipated arrival to Nashville and the start of tours in which you plan to participate. FCCLA is NOT responsible for tour refunds due to delayed travel. Please remember to register for FCCLA sightseeing tours at times that do not interfere with planned attendance of any National Leadership Conference sessions in which you may be involved. Advisers/chaperones must register for and accompany students who are participating on any tours. Check tour descriptions for departure and return locations. Tour times listed are door to door and will depart promptly at the time listed in the description. Unless noted in the description, there will not be multiple departure and return times. Since the Opry is always showcasing up and coming as well as seasoned artists, the artists who perform on the offered show nights will not be listed until about three weeks before show time. Get your questions answered on this tour... we ll start at downtown Nashville s version of the Blue Bird Café, The Listening Room Café. There will a main FCCLA Tour Desk at the Music City Center and a satellite FCCLA Tour Desk at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Both tour desks will be located near the FCCLA Registration Desks. If you are staying at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel you can pick-up your tour tickets at the FCCLA Tour Desk located in the hotel on Saturday or Sunday. If you are unable to pick-up your tickets on Saturday or Sunday at the hotel you will need to pick them up at the FCCLA Tour Desk at the Music City Center. Tour desk hours are listed below only. You are responsible for picking up your tour tickets at least 45 minutes prior to the tour start time.

FCCLA and metroconnections will make every effort to conduct the program as described; however, we reserve the right to make adjustments to programs without affecting their overall quality. Should situations beyond the control of FCCLA and metroconnections make changes necessary, we will work with each chapter on any such changes whenever possible; however, we are unable to issue refunds if inclement weather renders tour performance impossible or unsafe. FCCLA reserves the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour is not met. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified in advance and a full refund will be made. Please note that tour times provided are the actual departure and return times.
