(15 ½ hours have been allotted for drive plus 3 hours for breaks, dinner on your own, and a driver change.) THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11 Disney s Animal Kingdom Park Hours: 9:00 AM-6:30 PM 10:00 AM Arrive in Orlando and enjoy breakfast at the Rainforest Café at the Animal Kingdom, a wild place to shop and eat! It s a safari for the senses the feel of mists, the sound of cascading waterfalls, the incredible visuals of lush vegetation complete with animated wildlife and live tropical fish. 505 North Rainforest Road, Lake Buena Vista, Florida **Your professional Tour Director, Jan Luttenberger, will greet you here.** 11:00 AM Walk into Disney s Animal Kingdom, home to more than 1,700 animals from 250 species and sprawling across 500 acres of lush landscape, it is the largest animalthemed park in the world! Some will experience the following (at an additional expense) 82 tickets: 9:00 PM Cirque du Soleil s La Nouba at Disney Springs. This incredible experience is hard to describe, but one that your student s will never forget! FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12 Magic Kingdom Park Hours: 9:00 AM-11:00 PM 8:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel 9:00 AM Spend the day experiencing the Magic Kingdom! Capture the enchantment of fairy tales with exciting entertainment, classic attractions, backstage tours and beloved Disney Characters with seven whimsical lands. Be sure to hit such attractions as Mickey s PhilharMagic, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the classic It s a Small World Seven Seas Drive 2:30 PM The Wyoming HS Marching Cowboys perform in this afternoon s Disney Festival of Fantasy Pre-Parade! 3 SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13 Disney s Hollywood Studios Park Hours: 9:00 AM-8:30 PM 6:00 AM The band boards their coach for the clinic. A boxed breakfast will be provided this morning (coach #1). "Studio A" rehearsal room located in a "backstage" area of Epcot 7:00 AM This morning is reserved for a Disney Performing Arts Workshop: Band - Disney s You re Instrumental Immerse your students into the world of the professional musician. You will sight read and prepare a polished performance of special Disney musical selections in a studio recording environment. A professional Disney Clinician will examine the skills, attitudes and priorities that are essential to musical excellence. This workshop culminates with a special recording of your ensemble performing music along with a portion of a Disney Animated Feature Film. 8:00 AM The Choir, Orchestra and chaperones will enjoy breakfast at the hotel (and then depart via coaches #2, 3 & 4). 9:00 AM Transfer to Disney s Hollywood Studios for a day of fun! Enjoy behind-the-scenes glimpses of Hollywood-style action with live shows, thrilling attractions, and backstage tours. Highlights include the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. 351 South Studio Drive 10:00 AM Following the band s clinic, they will board their coach for Hollywood Studios (coach #1). 12:30 PM The Orchestra boards their coaches for Disney Springs to prepare for their performance (coaches #3 & 4). 1:30 PM The Band boards their coach for Disney Springs to enjoy the performances (coach #1). 1:45 PM The Choir boards their coach for Disney Springs to prepare for their performance (coach #2). 2:30 PM This afternoon is reserved for a Disney s Performing Arts on Stage Performance by the Wyoming HS Orchestra. 4 4:30 PM Following the performances, the Band, Orchestra and chaperones will return to Hollywood Studios for the rest of the day (coach # 1, 3 &4). 4:45 PM After changing, the choir will return to Hollywood Studios for the rest of the day (coach #2). You will have $15 on a Disney Dining Card to use towards dinner in the park. 7:00 & 8:30 PM Experience Fantasmic a spectacular, 25-minute fireworks and water show starring Mickey Mouse and a bevy of delightful Disney Characters and featuring classic Disney music and songs, laser lights and amazing hydrotechnic effects. 9:30 PM Return to the hotel for the evening. SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14 Epcot Center Park Hours: 9:00 AM-9:00 PM 8:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel and board the motor coaches. 9:00 AM The band and chaperones board their coaches for Epcot Center (coach # 1 & 2). 9:30 AM The choir and orchestra board their coaches for their clinics (coach #3 & 4). Experience a day of fun in Epcot Center! Divided into two areas, Future World and the World Showcase. Future World focuses on technological advancements, innovation and wonder, and features attractions such as Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, Mission: Space, and Test Track. The World Showcase is a collection of pavilions that wrap around the Lagoon. Inside find shops, attractions and restaurants that represent the culture and cuisine of 11 countries.

5 10:30 AM This morning is reserved for a Disney Performing Arts Workshop: Orchestra - Disney s You re Instrumental Immerse your students into the world of the professional musician. Learn audition skills, warm up and voice-over techniques as you experience a fast paced recording environment. Examine the skills, attitudes and high expectations required for performance excellence. In addition, record an excerpt from a Disney animated feature film s soundtrack led by a professional Disney vocalist. Then, experience the demands and exhilaration of live performance as you quickly prepare music and choreography for a simulated Disney show. "Studio B" rehearsal room located in a "backstage" area of Epcot. 1:30 PM Following their clinics, the choir and orchestra will walk into Epcot Center to enjoy the park for the rest of the day! 8:15 PM Enjoy an Italian Dinner and Dessert in your private IllumiNations viewing area! Isle de France 9:00 PM Enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a spectacular 12-minute show, featuring breathtaking fireworks, brilliant bursts of fire, laser light effects, dramatic fountain barges, a stirring musical score and the world's first spherical video display system the 350,000-pound Earth Globe! 10:00 PM Depart for home. (15 ½ hours allotted for drive time, plus 3 hours for breakfast and lunch on your own, breaks, and a driver change.) MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15 4:30 PM Arrive at Wyoming High School.
