Camp Seedlings (Ages 3-5, must be toilet trained, children entering kindergarten may attend) Camp Seedlings is Huntley Park District s day camp for preschoolers.

2 Camp Seedlings (Ages 3-5, must be toilet trained, children entering kindergarten may attend) Camp Seedlings is Huntley Park District s day camp for preschoolers. Each session runs Monday through Friday 9:00am 12:00pm. Campers must be toilet trained and pull-ups are not allowed. Each day campers need to bring a backpack, water bottle and wear sunscreen. A daily snack will be provided. This is an indoor/outdoor camp located at the REC Center. 3 Summer Day Camp 2017 Kindergarten 8 th grade The Huntley Park District offers endless opportunities for your child to have a fun and memorable camp experience. Our full-day camp program focuses on adventure, friendship, fun, exploration, discovery, safety and teambuilding. The Huntley Park District strives to provide a quality, exciting and unforgettable experience to all the campers each session all summer long! Campers spend the majority of their camp day outdoors when weather permits. 4 2017 Summer Day Camp Timeline Monday, March 13 Online & In-Person Registration begins on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wednesday, May 24 Thursday, May 25 Wednesday, May 26 Parent Information Night 6:30pm for grades K-3rd Parent Information Night 6:30pm for grades 4th-8th Last Day for Online & In-Person Registration - In-Person Registration will resume on Monday, June 5, 2017 for any remaining space available for camp sessions Please have all 2017 Participant Emergency Forms completed by this time so our staff has time to create authorized pick-up lists and allergy lists. Tuesday, May 30 Monday, June 5 Friday, August 18 1st day of camp if no D158 emergency days are used. Camp registration resumes for weeks 3-11 based on availability. Last day of camp Registration Children will be registered according to the grade they will enter in the fall of Children must be is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit per week due at time of registration (The $25.00 will be used towards the balance due on each First camp session fees are due at time of All cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will only be given to those cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to session start date. (Camp fee minus $25 deposit = No refunds will be issued after the start of each camp session unless accompanied by a medical No refunds or credits will be given for days your child does not attend We are unable to prorate fees for days missed due to illness, vacation, holidays or behavior No rates are provided for less than 5 Camper Information Packets MUST be completed and turned in by Wednesday, May 26 All field trips, special events, swimming, daily snack & 1 camp T-shirt are included in the weekly camp fee. Additional camp T-shirts may be purchased for $10.00 Remaining camp fees for each additional week are due on the Friday before each sessions start date by 12:00pm for staffing, supply and financing purposes. You may sign-up for Automatic Withdrawal, pay online or in person with cash, check or Campers will NOT be allowed to attend Monday if camp payments are not current.

Camp Counselors will have games & activities for the kids to do too! Attendance is strongly recommended for new camp families and encouraged for returning families. We re offering 2 full camp activity days filled with games, crafts, water fun, sports and more! Space is limited. Campers will be split into groups according to age. Grades K-8 (entering in Fall) REC Center Staff: HPD Camp Counselors TH 6/1 6:30am-6:00pm $35/$ F 6/2 6:30am-6:00pm $35/$40 BACKYARD BUDDIES HALF DAY CAMP This outdoor camp will expose children to a variety of camp activities, cooperative games, arts and crafts, science, nature, sports, water fun and more! Drop-off and pick-up is at the Betsey Warrington Pavilion. Camp will be held inside the REC Center in the event of inclement weather. Camp will swim every Friday at Stingray Bay from 11:30am-1:00pm (pick-up will be at 1:30pm at Betsey Warrington Pavilion on Fridays.) Each participant will receive one camp T-shirt the first day of camp. All campers need to bring a water bottle, sack lunch, sunscreen and insect repellent each day.
