The passage contract in use by the concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of these tours. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured. Deposits and Final Payment: On international or cruise vacations a deposit of $600 is required and final payment must be made 70 days before departure date. On all other vacations a deposit of $200 is required and final payment is due 45 days before departure date. Credit card payments will be assessed a 3.5% surcharge. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Land portion is refundable 45 days or more prior to departure. Fewer than 45 days a $ cancellation fee will be assessed by Sundial. In addition many hotels and ground operators may also charge a fee. Airfare is non-refundable but may be used at a later date for an additional fee. Other restrictions may apply.
