2 2 Business of the Month M. KATHLEEN LYNN ATTORNEY AT LAW I am an attorney in private practice in Fayetteville, New York. I specialize in the areas of Estate Planning, which includes Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration (also known as probate). I also practice in the area of Elder Law, which includes advising clients on how to protect their assets in the event they need long term nursing home care due to an illness or injury.
