In-ground swimming pools will not be permitted on any residential lot. STORAGE OF TRASH CONTAINERS Please note that storing trash in the open is not permitted in our community. To help keep the neighborhood looking nice, please return your trash containers to an out of site location after they have been emptied by your refuse company. Thank you!! You have probably noticed that RCA s Grounds crew has been out cleaning up litter. Things look better already, as spring approaches. Most of what they are finding strewn about seems to be items of trash that were probably put out for collection, but got away in the wind.
